We shouldn't have to be exposed to replies being possible as these dodgy businesses have breached Confidentiality Privacy and Data laws.
It might be good for reviewing businesses but really they shouldn't be able to keep replying and they be dishonest and breach consumer rights and human rights!

Trustpilot is not so trustworthy
Trustpilot is not so trustworthy. The whole business model is based on blackmailing businesses into getting a very expensive subscription. Anyone and their dog can post whatever they want on a bad day. And merchants do not get much to say in it, unless you subscribe for 5000 pounds per month.
