Never had a problem before but i am still waiting over a month i ordered well in time for a childs birhday present looked at tracking and it hasnt moved from when it was sent out 18th june customer service dont get back had to spend more money on a gift feel really let down

Misleading! Parts missing and then I'm told they aren't included despite being included on the description. I will be reporting this company to trading standards.

Good choice of lovely books, easy to order and didn’t take long to arrive. The quality was really good. My 15 month grand daughter loves it so much I have just ordered the zoo one for her. Thoroughly recommended.

Opened my order yesterday and had a very disappointed grandson a piece of tat that doesn't work I do hope I'm going to get my £17 pound odd back I wish I hadn't ordered this rubbish

Do not touch this dreadful company. I am having an appalling experience. I bought two supposed baby gift sets of early baby toys. The photographs showed a nice looking decorated gift box with a set of nice looking wooden toys. The items that arrived were totally different to the photographs. The boxes arrived completely battered and plain with no “gift” decoration. The toys themselves are nearly all in imperfect condition with chipped wood and rough edges and not safe for a baby. My request for a refund has been frustrated .. and “Kyle” has told me that if I return these faulty goods I must pay the post to Austria. Alternatively I can have a 30 percent discount and keep the toys. Essentially that means me paying £31 for two boxes of unusable baby toys that I will have to bin. Shocking.

Long delivery time, I ordered a few weeks ago In time for a birthday gift I didn't check my order, but on going to wrap this gift,the box was damaged, the water container was damaged, and no bubbles included with the Rabbit bubble Wand poor quality, never will I order from this company again,

Ordered the colour match challenge a month ago. I paid £5.95 for the larger size, the small one being £4.95. It arrived after about a fortnight in a shabby box covered in Chinese writing. They had sent the smaller one with instructions in Chinese. I emailed them and explained the problem. Since then we've been back and forth, me sending images and polite requests for the correct item to be sent out. They insist I've got the correct item and there's nothing they will do. I'm furious, they're just digging their heels in and refusing to do anything.

Ordered elephant with pink ears,put batteries in and it doesn't work, and nothing Until you push play on the paw and sing on the other one

My Montessori wooden activity board took almost 4 weeks to arrive and when it did it was obvious that the photo in the advert was generated using AI as the actual toy is half the size and of very poor quality. The back can come off when being played with which displays the wires and the batteries. The wood easily splinters. Not safe for children at all🤬

Bought this for my grandson claimed to be a bargain at 50% off will not be giving him as I found it very cheaply made not as advertised and very tacky. Will not order from this company again. Please avoid.

Someone should ban this website they sell cheap stuff of very very poor quality it’s not a company fit for selling in uk

Bought flying spinner packaged damaged when it did arrive toy absolutely rubbish . Ive a very disappointed grandchild .DONT BUY FROM THEM

The items I purchased are very inferior cheap quality. I bought them for my grandson but his mother has got rid of them as the quality was not fit for purpose very cheap inferior quality

I bought the floating cages - the animals inside don’t float but despite a weeks worth of communication apparently this doesn’t constitute a defective product.

I wish I had read reviews on here before buying. I’d have saved money.

I advise anyone reading these to shop elsewhere. Dreadful company.

Ordered garden flowers set nothing like photos would not be safe to give to my three year old grand child. Very disappointed- was going to return but it an Austrian address despite being on a supposed Uk website. Wished I had checked here first. AVOID

Just received product the picture I was expecting was not what I got it was move like a toy for a doll absolutely miss leading

Items must be magnified on website . Ordered Creative Sponge Painting Art set for kids
Don’t bother . Too small for children to even be creative !!
Waste of money . Will not be using this site again
