The App doesn't work in Italy, and the concert day in Oslo the tickets literally disappeared in my account on the site! Luckly I had previously saved them on my wallet. It was a very bad experience.

Love the show and it was fantastic show! Had a good time listening and dancing.

Good organizational, but it should be a wardrobe ir something, dancing with coat is not comfortable 😅

The seats that we got they were in the way to passing to another sections. Very very annoying having to stand up for all the people coming through the other sections. I believe you shouldn’t have these seats available or close that part or the stairs. It wasn’t happy at all

Superb, after 40 years still magic

Key points and overall considerations:

- Terrible sound system, both in the opening act, and the in the main event- Simply Red.
- Terrible acoustics that go hand-in-hand with the terrible sound system.
- Stood up the whole concert, even though I had bought 2 VIP Package Front Row tickets for me and a friend.

In brief points, my experience:

1) Arrived early (around 18:00).

2) Found (what I thought then to be the right seats...), the two correspondent chairs- Front Row, VIP Package.

3) Sat down and listened to the most part of the opening act, but it turned out to be an “act hard to follow”, as the sound system was terrible, loud, distorted, amateur.

4) Got up before the end of their performance (toilet break), and came back and stayed seated until- give or take 20:30, and that's when I left my coat in the two chairs (that I though were the right seats- I'll get back to this), and headed to the gate/entrance, and waited for my friend, who I knew was coming from work, on an electric scooter.
I did not hear from her until 20:54, when she messaged me telling me that she had had an accident on the way over (a car hit her just outside work, and she lost conscience briefly as she hit her head in the pavement (I found later).
She was not coming to the show, but she was ok, no need for me to worry, and I should get back to the show- she wrote.

So, I run back to my seat(s), in front row, VIP Package, with the house lights dimming down...
My seats are now gone and the security lady has my coat, and asks me about my tickets, only to confirm that those were not my seats at all.

- “So where is it then”- I ask.
- “I don't know”, she replies, and pointing to a colleague further down the aisle she tells me: “Ask him”.

And so I did, but this one pointed me yet to another security/"usher"...and by now, the arena is basically pitch black, and I'm yet to find my seat...

The band starts their first song, and by now I'm just trying to locate ANY two empty seats in front row- as those are likely to be mine, but the whole front row seats are now taken...so not a single seat available. Someone was having a ball with my tickets...

Naturally, I did not want to cause a scene, out of respect to the band, and up to a certain extent, to all the people who managed to be seated at an appropriate time.

So, I stood against the right side “wall”, watching and listening to Simply Red in a screen, from a very far distance, standing up, but holding two very expensive VIP Package Front Row tickets on my phone, because THERE WAS NO ONE FROM THE ORGANIZATION CAPABLE OF POINTING ME TO THE SEATS, in the first place!!!

So, no, it was not a good experience at all. Terrible sound system and house acoustics, non existing "proper ushers" with a light torch/lantern and knowledge of the seats schematics.
Also, the time spent seated during the pre-main event band, showed me that those chairs...I mean those chairs are very, very “basic” and uncomfortable especially considering the price range of that section.

A lifetime experience ruined. Thanks for that!

All nice. Delayed a little

The whole process using Ticketmaster is always perfect. And to top it off, the concert was incredible!!

It was one of the best shows I’ve ever attended. Whether for pleasure or work, I’ve been to many concerts, but this one stood out! The experience was lovely: a clean stage, no intrusive photographers, and security that didn’t disrupt the performance.
A good connection between the artists and the audience.

I think you guys should precisiate that is a festival and not sell tickets off an artist that is just part of the festival that have limited entrance for kids.
That was really disappointing to hear that the kids that love to see their band can’t go in because is festival full of dronk people.

The Norwegian media criticized the moderator for asking questions that were too plain. It was quite predictable that President Obama would avoid answering sensitive political issues. However, this is where the moderator’s skills come into play. She should have asked polite but leading questions that Obama would have found difficult to avoid answering. That said, I do not agree with the media’s opinion that her actions ultimately deceived those who paid more than a million Norwegian kroner. She is an expert on the United States in Norway and a great educator, so I believe she did her best in this unprecedented case. In addition, the skills of the staff who prepared the event and those who handled the questions were very impressive. It is no exaggeration to say that any lack of quality in the questions was compensated for solely by the staff’s preparation. What is certain is that, whether it was the moderator, the audience, or the staff, we all had the opportunity to grow through this experience, which I believe is more meaningful than ever.
