CANNOT WAIT, SERVICE WAS AMAZING

I booked a flight through Tix.nl, but unfortunately my experience has been very disappointing.

The airline, Etihad Airways, has changed both my outbound and return flights by approximately 23 hours. This significantly affects my travel plans. I would like to adjust my return flight so I still have sufficient time at my destination.

However, because I booked through Tix.nl, they are responsible for making any changes with the airline. Despite multiple attempts to contact them via email, contact forms, and phone, I have received no response at all. The phone numbers listed do not work, and there is no other way to reach them.

This leaves me in a very difficult position: I cannot make necessary changes to my booking, while the airline is unable to assist due to the booking being managed by Tix.nl until shortly before departure.

It is very concerning that a company advertises customer support channels that appear to be inaccessible in practice. At this point, I am unable to manage my own booking due to the lack of support.

I strongly advise others to reconsider booking through Tix.nl, as the lack of customer service can create serious issues when changes occur.

Unfortunately due to a miscommunication between Tix.nl and Lufthansa I was denied on the flight from Malta to Munich. That meant 24 hours delay plus extra costs for hotel and taxi. After literally dozens of emails sent and received, nor Tix neither Lufthansa are willing to refund or compensate me, blaming each other for the responsibility. Both customer services are totally useless or unreachable at the moment of the need. Very bad experience, the worst in 40 years of travelling.

Absolutely no reason to use it. Extra costs for zero services. Also wrong info for luggage allowance that thankfully I double checked on the airline website myself before my flight. I created an account just to write this review specifically. To be avoided at all costs!!!

Our flight was cancelled and I had to go through a lot of trouble to get a refund for our tickets. Then had a lot of trouble getting a compensation for the extra costs we had because of the cancellation which was eventually partially compensated by my insurance. But their claim service send an extra invoice claiming they got our money back. Terrible service.

May be because it is 1st Jan, if or not, the website is super-fast, much appreciated!! Gave very good price possibilities, and other options. I am impressed! I will come back if it remains this efficient and fast.

Not recommend to anyone.
Please read restrictions. Do not rely on chat advice as review team has different policies. Lost my money haven't even seen a show. Mixed communication of course Tickets buyer fault all. No exceptions.
So my personal recommendation is do not use Tix . Central tickets has same tickets prices, friendly advisors and better policies.

Quick, pretty clear, not expensive.
I just missed information of 1 flight if a 10kg hand bagage would be included.

I’m very happy with my ticket purchase! The process was quick and easy, everything was clear, and the price was great. I especially liked that checked baggage (23 kg) was included in the ticket price — that was a big plus for me. I’ve flown with this airline several times already, and I’m always satisfied with their service. Everything went smoothly, and I’ll definitely fly with them again!
