The Washi Tape Shop Reviews

Love this company and thier products! Placed an order with an offer for a free tape roll based on purchase. They contacted me and said they ran out of promotional product and would I be ok with a replacement tape. I did not care for the style of the replacement. Asked if they could give me another option. They gave me 3 to pick from and found one I was happy with. They did not have to do that but they did! I will definitely purchase from them again.

I’ve always been very happy with the products! I enjoy the inspiration from their Facebook demonstrations.

The quality of the washi and the designs I chose were just what I needed. I had a question prior to ordering and the response time was within minutes. It was great. Looking forward to buying more. Delivery time was reasonable, less then a week.

I love the tapes I ordered. I am a new creator and I have seen a lot of the washi tape stores videos so I decided to give them a try. First of all, the amount of tape you get puts every other company to shame. So many loops I do not have to worry about running out anytime soon. They are such quality tapes as well. I have a ton of tapes from everywhere but these are now my favorites. So cute. It was a bit of a wait for them to arrive that is the same for most companies. I would highly recommend. Thank you

Love this company and its products. My favorite are the pre-cut PET tapes as they r easy to remove and layer so nicely. I also like that they gave me a freebie with my purchase. Tried Amazon PET but there is no comparison to Washi Tape. A+++

I'm totally happy with order! The number stamps are smaller than I expected, which I like. The stickers are fun and I already have ideas for what I'm going to create.
Shipping was timely, as well.
Great job!

I love your tapes.....so many to choose from and I love all my choices...you used to show ideas..I miss those.
Always look forward to see what you come up with. I love the ones with gnomes. They have to be a fav....

I've been a customer for 5 years, I love the artwork. But this year has not been great. I’ve noticed a decline in the quality of the PET tapes this year compared to previous years. The material seems noticeably thinner, which is disappointing and also makes the precut tapes/stickers much more difficult to handle.

I’ve also found that the cuts on the newer precut designs are overly intricate, especially in areas with detailed illustrations and text. This makes the pieces quite fiddly and messy to peel and use, and some of them end up tearing easily. I think this is partly due to the thinner material, as I didn’t experience these issues as much with tapes from previous years.

I really love the designs from The Washi Tape Shop, but I hope the material quality and the practicality of the precut designs can be improved, as the tapes used to be much easier and more enjoyable to work with.

I have ordered from the Washi Tape store now three times, and I will keep going back. The tapes are beautiful, artist drawn, and easy to use, they keep coming off with little effort, and do not rip or snag as some other tapes. I can't say enough about the Washi Tape, I believe in the product and will continue to spread the word.

Beautiful selection of products of high quality. Fast shipping and packaged well .

The Washi Tape Shop you can shop and make a purchase without thinking you should not. They are trust worthy, Quality unmatched. They try their hardest to make them affordable. Never a doubt!

Lovely product. I tried making greeting cards and they look so professional. Excellent colors, designs, etc

Loved this washi tape so much I had to order more. The quality is just amazing and I have never seen such variety anywhere else. From the autumn scene with gold foil to the intricately cut Kitty Congo, adorable and easy to use.
Very Happy!

I just love everything about the washi tape shop!! The quality of every item I've bought is wonderful, along with the colours & designs! Never had any problems. Many thanks Jackie Watson

I love the washi tapes that I purchased and all of your beautiful tapes. In the process of deciding exactly where I will place them, either being on Christmas coasters or decor on xmas tree hangings. I love this holiday and wish to celebrate it with a homey outdoor scene including a number of these washi tapes together.

The designs, and quality they never disappoints. It is hard to choose one design in particular because each tape is a tapestry of ingenuity.

The sticker are really beautiful and good quality and arrived within about a week 👍

I love all the beautifully designed washi tapes. I normally prefer washi tapes over pet tapes but both are excellent quality. The delivery was smooth and hassle free. Highly recommended for all journaling enthusiast.

Another great transaction from The Washi Tape Shop. Their products are top quality and will not disappoint.

I just got the Pre-cut scribbled thoughts bundle and I love them! Using them in my journal and sketchbook… perfect.
