The Memorabilia Experience is a Complete Scam—Avoid at All Costs!
In April 2024, I placed an order with The Memorabilia Experience and paid $20,888 USD after a promised discount (originally $26,110 USD, I ended up getting an additional discount aan paid the total amount of $20,000 USD), I never received the items I ordered. Initially, I was in contact with Gillian and David St Clair, who assured me they were working on resolving the issue. However, after countless emails and empty promises, they stopped responding entirely, leaving me with nothing but frustration and financial loss.
Here’s an example of their deceptive communication:
From Gillian:
“The total amount for all pieces is $23,620 + $2,490 crating and shipping for a grand total of $26,110. I can apply a discount of 20%, giving you a price of $20,888 crating and shipping included.”
From David St Clair:
“I will be the one taking over the case of the missing signs. I’ll have the first tracking number sent to you tomorrow and will work diligently to have the missing pieces sent promptly.”
These promises were nothing but lies. I did not received my promised order, and they have gone silent.
I will go to the bottom of this and ensure reviews like this are posted all over the internet. Just as they damaged me, I will make sure their fraudulent practices are exposed.
Do not trust this company or their representatives. They are scammers, and you risk losing your money without receiving anything in return. Save yourself the headache and stay far away from The Memorabilia Experience!
