Quality is great, if you have nerve impeachment or plantar fasiatis, or after surgery recovery it's a life saver. It takes the pressure off the heel area completely by shifting center weigh forward, better than other brands and lessen the pain. The only drawback , shipping out of their facility is extremely slow, i had to follow up after 10 days, only then it was shipped. And when you in pain you need it fast.

Highly recommend TLD! Customer service is friendly, responsive, and truly cares about their customers. My son had saved for months for the Lego Baratie, for a milestone event. Then an unprecedented incident happened with our order, something you read about in the news, something that's never happened across 20 years of ordering lego on the internet: a box full of pasta. The pay merchant (SHOP) was unable to help, but TLD truly went above and beyond to make sure my son came away with a good outcome for his patient saving and proving that they are a company who cares.
