The necklace feels like something pulled from a gothic novel. The details are beautifully done and the stone gives it a mysterious character. It instantly became one of my favourite accessories.

Rated 4 out of 5 stars

The bracelet has a clean gothic look that works with most of my wardrobe. I've worn it almost daily and there are no signs of fading.

Rated 4 out of 5 stars

I bought it because it looked beautiful online. I kept it because it feels even better in person.

Rated 5 out of 5 stars

The necklace has become one of those accessories I automatically reach for every morning. It works with casual outfits and dressier looks equally well. That's rare for statement jewellery.

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY. I have many pieces of jewelry so I can tell good jewelry from cheap. I ordered 7 pieces off the website. 4 of the items I ordered look nothing like the pictures and 2 of them look like the pictures but are terrible quality. only one item that arrived I'm alright with. I’d say it is ok quality at best. Very disappointing especially for how long shipping took (about a whole month)

The jewelry I received is NOT the jewelry on their site. It's all fake, terrible quality and none of it is wearable. One of the necklaces I received was actually plastic not the stainless steel their website claims. DO NOT RECOMMEND. The customer service is terrible too.

Hi William,

We're really sorry to read this. We've located your order, and what you're describing regarding several of the rings and the bracelet does not meet the standards we expect from the pieces we send to our customers.

We want to look into this properly. We'll contact you personally to identify which items differed from what you ordered and which rings caused the discoloration, so we can investigate what happened and find a proper solution for you.

We're also sorry to hear about the way your package was delivered. While the final delivery is handled by the local carrier, we understand that this added to an already frustrating experience.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention and giving us the opportunity to make this right.

Multiple items not as advertised; lied to about earring replacement.

I found this company through an ad they placed on Pinterest advertising a bundle deal. They put a timer on the bundle page screen claiming the offer ends at 12 PM/AM (for me it was before noon as I was choosing the bundle pieces, but the website claimed the deal ended at midnight, shame on me for not listening to my gut) to add pressure...Well, it's been roughly a month give or take 5 days and they're still offering the same bundle. Conclude what you will from that.

I chose the smaller 5 items for $65 option they conveniently don't mention until you're looking into the 7 items for $85 bundle and are on the page for getting the bundle together. I picked out a skeleton necklace, an angel wings necklace, an axe necklace, a crow/raven bracelet, and crow/raven earrings. I ordered on a Wednesday and saw that orders take 3-5 business days to ship, so I figured it'd be sent by Monday.

I was initially pleasantly surprised when the order was ready for shipping by that Saturday, but then grew confused: two shipping updates 2 days later and then 5 days after the first update, but no actual information in the email. Just "Your shipping status has been updated". I figured it was probably just the item being pinged as being dropped off or picked up by different mailing centers as it made its way through shipping.

I got an email 5 days after the second shipping update: "We found a similar replacement for your order". What does that mean, you ask? Oh, it means that the order I thought was already on its way to me hasn't even been shipped out yet. The crow/raven earrings I picked out are now unavailable (despite still being listed as in stock on the website after I read the email and went to check out of curiosity). A "similar" pair of earrings that has noticeably more (unwanted) detailing was suggested in its place.

I admittedly got frustrated and did not respond until I was prompted to respond with a follow-up email 4 days later. I decided to take the rep on their word of "If you'd prefer something else instead, that's absolutely fine too. You're welcome to choose any item of equal value from our website, and we'll gladly update your order at no additional cost." I sent a link to a pair of angel wing earrings since they would match the necklace I picked out. About two hours later, I got a confirmation email saying "We've now updated your order with the replacement item you selected...and everything has been forwarded for processing. We'll also ask our fulfillment team to prepare and ship your order as quickly as possible."

What I initially thought would take maybe 2 and a half weeks max to arrive is now just now shipping because of the unavailable item. I figured, "Oh well, things happen. At least I got to pick out an alternative I actually like instead of them just assuming I wanted the replacement they offered since I really didn't like how that replacement looked, right?" I was even able to find the pair of earrings I initially wanted and ordered it by itself through another website.

The earrings I initially wanted and ordered through another website several weeks after the bundle STILL managed to arrive before the bundle did, and they arrived on the same day. Once the bundle finally arrived, I was initially impressed by how the store has its own custom bubble mailer and business card before disappointment hit me like a 16 wheeler truck. MULTIPLE items (crow/raven bracelet, axe necklace, angel wings necklace) do not match the images shown on the website. The ONLY item that matched what I initially ordered off of the website (out of FOUR) was the skeleton necklace.

The angel wings earrings I'd picked out as a replacement for the crow/raven earrings I'd initially wanted? No sign of them, with the replacement I detested in its place. The email LIED when it said "If we don't receive a reply within the next 3 days, we'll automatically refund the unavailable items to your original payment method and continue processing the remaining items in your order. Any bundle discount applied to your order will remain unchanged. *If you'd still like to choose a replacement instead, simply reply to this email within the next 3 days, and we'll happily update your order before it ships.*" The email I got telling me that my order was in transit came 2 DAYS BEFORE the follow-up email I just quoted. They'd never actually intended on replacing the earrings in time, it was just a courtesy email.

So to recap: I waited roughly a month for a jewelry bundle where all but one piece don't match the advertised images on the website and a pair of earrings I didn't want as a replacement for a pair still being listed as "in stock" on their website that I ended up getting for cheaper (before bundle discount) and faster off of another website. Great (sarcasm).

Not waterproof?

If it’s waterproof, why is it already turning my finger a different color? The other two rings I got are fine so far but now I’m worried about getting them anywhere near water and I have sweaty hands. I didn’t think I was spending $85 for it to look like my finger is rotting off.

Missing order and radio silence (updated)

As you can see below Goth Society got back to me and they also refunded my purchase. Granted it did take a while but they are trying to actually make up for the mistake. I'm not entirely sure what happened and I'll update this once the package does arrive. Nevertheless, the full refund for my purchase definitely helps.

kept it myself

This was supposed to be a gift for my sister but I ended up keeping it for myself. The quality exceeded my expectations and now I'll probably order another one for her.
