I have been using this app for many years and worked fine. I was getting my achievements in the levels with no problem. Now that I download Farmville 3 and started I fell in love with the game. I started getting my money on the levels and then all the sudden it stopped for no reason. I write the company of the app and tell me something went wrong and fixed it. I didnt get my money back.

I was informed by my bank that this company filed bankruptcy

I had just started the process and then they kept pushing me for my budget rather than give me prices.
Thought that was odd …. Came on here and yup as I thought, total scam.

The same as every other review , total Scam how is this allowed to happen I see on companies house their new director resides in Turkey conveniently , has anybody contacted trading standards ?

Paid June 2025 and got nothing

Horrible service. Took order, 145 days later no delivery. Repeatedly lie about shipping and fake FedEx tracking numbers shared that obly label creation. Please save your money, this is fraud.

Run away as fast as you can. SCAM. Ordered product July 2025, never received product. I made numerous attempts to contact Tesup on ETA but no responses in 2025. I made 2 more attempts in 2026. The reply was "we are so sorry for the delay. We will have someone get back with you". Never heard back.

I ordered and paid for a wind turbine in November 2025. No sign of it being delivered. Just excuses. I checked out the company on Companies House before ordering, who knew the Government are allowing criminals to operate on a Government Register!!

Scam, ordered a wind turbine in November last year still not been delivered. Keep saying it is on its way. I had checked that it was a legitimate company on Companies House before ordering and paying them. Turns out you can now register a scam company on the Governments Companies House register.

I believe that this company is an absolute SCAM! Having studied both electrical engineering and aeronautical engineering there's not a snowballs chance in hell that they can produce 10 kw of power. It's a SCAM!

I have ORDERED in july 2025 , now end of March 2026

It’s a very cleaver scam with slick marketing. Currently in the process of trying to get my money back on my credit card. Do not under any circumstances purchase any products as will not receive anything and they’ll use delay tactics that it’s ’in production and will receive a tracking number shortly’.

I bought a system over 2 years ago, they sent turbine 4month after I bought, but no inverter. Still waiting on inverter, and now turbine is out off warranty. It's a fight with them to get inverter or money back.
I also think there's an issue with the turbine as it doesn't freely spin.

Ordered on August 18th 2025, received generic emails with photos and then the emails repeated with the same blurb.
Asked for refund several times and nothing. €723 down and nothing.
Buyer beware. This is a setup not tesup as advertised.
Hard to believe that google continue to host this scam site.

I was told through this company they are unwilling to provide engineering specifications. I would not recommend purchasing anything from this company. their customer service is non existent.

Complete & total scam…they have had my money with out filling my order for over a year…auto response is always the same “we are building it and it’s coming soon” then they close your ticket.
Not sure how UK allows such a blatant scam to carry on. A short investigation by any antitrust agency would have a quick end to this fraudulent operation!
In short…run before you spend one dime, you have now been warned!!!

You have to be pretty thick to think you will get a 10kW output wind turbine for £200! Scams only work on people that want something for next to nothing. In the UK the most basic 10kW units will cost £20,000+ 😂

Thieves & criminals! Stole my money & have now blocked me from their website so I can't continue to dispute them. I can't believe WISE excepts the EFT transfer.

Don’t buy from this company. The wind generator they sales are very very poor quality and will not turn at high wind speeds. They also will not refund your money even they have not sent out the goods. The support are useless and I have to get my credit card company to get my money back. AVOID AT ALL COST YOU BEEN WARNED…
