I'm very pleased with the carpet
I'm very pleased with the carpet , it was exactly as described, the communication was perfect regarding delivery and it came on time and delivered to my neighbour as I requested. This is the second time in 5 years i bought a carpet from teppich.de and all I can say is great!

Wrong delivery / No Communication
I ordered two Teppich/Carpet in online, but received one of them completely wrong. That Carpet was returned from myside nextday itself. Its already 6 weeks now and there is no confirmation / communication from them. No reply to the emails, phone number completely useless. There is no way to contact them. Definitely I won't recomment teppich.de.

Great carpets for decent prices and quick delivery. Definitely the best shop for carpets in Germany.
