Shoes I ordered broke after less than 10 hours of usage. I provided pictures to their support, which first rejected the complaint, then asked me to send the shoes from Croatia to Poland and asked me to pay for it, which goes directly against EU directives for this situation. Upon pointing that out, my emails are now getting a 552 error, which means they either blocked my email or have a full mailbox that is supposedly used for business, I don't know which is worse. All I want is new shoes that aren't broken or a refund, neither of which is happening apparently. Don't shop here.
I have been a Tennis Zone customer for 5 years now and have spent thousands of euros on equipment with them. Unfortunately, today they have lost a loyal client.
I had an issue with a return that could have been resolved very easily with a little good will. Instead of addressing my complaint or at least trying to find a compromise given my purchase history, I was met with a cold bureaucratic wall and a refusal.
It is disappointing to realize that to this company, you are just a transaction number, no matter how long you have been a loyal customer. There are other tennis equipment shops that value their regular customers – Tennis Zone is obviously not one of them. I do not recommend them if you expect any after-sales support.
