Useless and unreliable; poor customer service; failed to deliver

Useless - do not use. Balls never delivered. Took ten days to confirm they would not be delivered and still waiting for a refund.

Price are good

Price are good, but customer service is totally bad.
They put the wrong address. I.contacted them after realizing this problem to ask to change the address but Ive not reveiced any reply.
Now Im calling dhl, la poste, etc to find my parcel!!
Terrible, be careful

Very fast delivery of items purchased

Very fast delivery of items purchased. But I don't know why the 2 very small and light items were placed in a very large cardboard box. I estimate that at least a dozen of the items could fit in that box. Environmentally this is a wasteful use of material.
