SCAM! The website "de-tennispeters.com" has nothing to do with the already deactivated "tennis-peters.de". This page was a brand of the group tennis point which was deactivated time ago. "de-tennispeters.com" has been created to steal bank data (credit cards). They only offer credit card as a payment method, My bank cancelled my card after trying to buy on this website. Don't let them fool you!
This is a scam website! I ordered and pre-payed using PayPal. They did not send the order and their customer service is not responding. I have now submitted a claim for a refund through PayPal. I will never again use this online shop, what a huge disappointment!!!
DONT buy from this company or tennis-point !!!!!!!!!! They did a withdrawn of money twice one i did only one order!!! They say i need ”proof” and when i sent them proof they say i still need proof. They Will not give me my money back !!!
Worst experience I have ever had. Wanted to return shoes I ordered. Tried to call them but phone was never picked up. Sent them 3 email before they replied. They then told me my order was placed to far in the past so the shoes cannot be returned.

Tennis Peters are scammers, liars and thieves.
I ordered for 95 Euro at Tennis-Peters and retoured back 3 out of 5 items (approx. 70 EUR).
Instead of 70 EUR back I received back 25.
They confirmed that received all articles back, but they refused to execute the payment back. Just like that. No reason given, every time they say they dont know or will deliver my message to the Logistics department. I called for 3 weeks and still no progress and no money back. Those items I sent back were not even unpacked, if you asked me if I tried to wear them - not at all. All tags were on, packing original.
I havent faced anything like that in my life before.
Once again, tennis Peters are scammers, liars and thieves.
Dont buy there, you will not enjoy this experience.
