For the first year of using TBA Global, I was very happy with their services. The support team was responsive, professional, and actually provided solutions. Unfortunately, things have gone completely downhill. It seems they have recently acquired far more customers than they can actually handle.

Lately, getting a response takes forever, and when they do reply, it's no longer a solution—just templated messages saying, "We will solve this ASAP." But the real disaster happened during my Q2 filings.

First, I only operate with products subject to a reduced tax rate (7%). This is confirmed every single time I submit my documents. Despite this, TBA Global filed my taxes using the standard 19% VAT rate. This generated a massively inflated tax bill that I cannot pay, which is now generating penalties for not being paid in full.

Second, they forgot to include several B2B cross-border transactions in my ECL statement. This is especially frustrating because their support team explicitly confirmed they received all the necessary documents and assured me these transactions would be included.

To make matters worse, I have been completely ghosted for over a week. I have reached out via WhatsApp and email with zero replies. The person in charge of my account is ignoring calls to their mobile, and when I finally got through on their landline, the person who answered said they work in a different department and have absolutely nothing to do with VAT statements.

Meanwhile, my penalties keep adding up by the day, and my stress is through the roof. I am now forced to look for alternative services just to take over and clean up the massive financial mess TBA Global created. Unless things change drastically, I cannot recommend them to any business owner relying on accurate tax compliance.

This is one of the worst companies I have ever worked with. They don't know what they are doing. I hired them in February to help my company to register for VAT in the UK, Germany and Poland. They only do it if you also buy their yearly filings. I told them this was time sensitive. Not until March did they start to collect information from me. I kept chasing them to ask them if they had what they needed. Their response time is extremely slow. Not until end of April did they submit my VAT application. In July I find out they had only submitted my UK VAT application. It is now end of July, we are now 5 months later and they have still not submitted my Polish VAT application and I just found out that the German application was full of errors and has to be resubmitted. They refuse to refund me. The loss of sales for my business over these past 5 months is huge. This is the worst company I have ever worked with.

This company is so slow and takes months to submit VAT applications. It took them 2 months just to collect and submit the application all the while they refused a refund despite their slow service. I had paid them to apply for UK, German and Polish VAT in February and not until 2 months later did they submit the UK VAT application. It took another 3 months and I find out that they haven't even submitted the Polish VAT application yet. We are now end of July and 1 month ago they promised they would apply for the Polish VAT and they still have not done it. I paid for this service 6 months ago and they refuse to refund me for work they still have not done.

The approach of TBA Team once an issue occurs is very good. Ofcourse I have to add the reaction time is also brilliant. Communication is always possible with them and the entire team is helpful.
