I gave them two stars because the product itself is quite nice, but the international shipping is abysmal. Despite paying $40 shipping to the US, the majority of my packages are lost in transit or damaged on arrival. For my last order, I only received an empty, heavily damaged box, and the replacement order was delivered to a house in Castle Rock, Colorado. I live in Overland Park, KS. Customer service usually takes a few days to respond, and they have been good about sending replacement orders, but that's only helpful if I actually get them. I would ask for a refund but I actually do like the product. After I actually GET my recent order, regretfully, it will be my last because the entire experience has been so frustrating. How can they continue to use a shipping service this bad? For the same cost, they could ship it FedEx international.

I placed an order in July that came with a discovery pack. I’d already decided I was not going to like Oud (reminds me of the perfume stalls in shopping centres) and pistachio (I don’t like pistachios). Hate to say but how wrong was I!! I loved all the fragrances and yes Oud is now my favourite!! I also had a query about my order and Thea from T&A got back to me so quickly and was super helpful. I can’t imagine going back to ‘regular’ wash products. I can’t stop smelling myself when I wear my clothes. Love it.

Love the selection of scents, duvet days, aurora and oud are my faves and love that they're not full of chemicals, you can pick and choose your delivery, change your order easily and the bottles fit neatly in the cupboard way better than the normal shaped btls so they're a great space saver too, I had a issue with a delivery and the customer service was excellent,( many thanks Lean ☺️) I find the scent lasts longer when you air dry your washing instead of tumble dry, plus the house smells amazing while the washing dries 😀

I have been a customer for 3 years because I loved Candy Beach. Then it was discontinued. Also loved Cocoa Butter Kisses,also discontinued. I also feel the scent is definitely not as strong. Will use up my supply but not sure about continuing as you will probably discontinue Pistachio next.

I’ve been having a thorough read of all the reviews and wanted to share my experience - I have been a loyal customer with T&A for about 11 months and as a former branding and training specialist; wanted to share my experiences objectively should it be helpful. Firstly, I am mystified by a few negative comments regards customer servicing- I find it impeccable and there is no AI. They go above and beyond to assist- it’s impressive.
The product is uniquely packaged and eco conscious. The variety of scents are lovely and the washing enzymes effective. Only downside is if you get hooked on a scent, it can be withdrawn due to lack of popularity. That’s a shame as customers loyal to a scent feel disappointed.
Delivery is a problem - either arriving damaged or not at all. I have waited 11 days for the new honey and oud and EVRI are simply stalling on confirming it is ‘lost’ or misplaced. They also leave parcels outside the door for anyone to take even if I am not in! Please change your service and delivery provider.
I’m certain customers who were avid fans of certain scents would even be willing to spend a tad more rather than lose their favourite laundry scent- at least ask your customers with a poll as we’re stakeholders investing.
To sum up - the customer servicing is impeccable, products are evolving but be consistent- change distribution channels- you’re a niche market so saturate it as a collective market. That aside, I thoroughly recommend the company and their products - they’re efficient and not ‘a one time hit Instagram wonder’ - they’re here to stay! A++ 💎

I absolutely love the smell of Tallow Ash and the packaging is so lovely simple and easier to store with it not being a curved bottle. I shall definitely be buying their products again as I love them.

Love love loveeeee tallow and ash. Date night especially 😍 really good customer service too - they let me know there was an issue with my regular subscription and offered a free upgrade/swap instead. Very quick and easy :)

The customer service from Tallow & Ash is fantastic. Emails responded to very quickly and efficiently. The products are great and delivery was prompt, in fact, earlier than expected and the products were extremely well packaged. T&A are a fantastic company and I am glad to have discovered them. 5☆ all the way.

My stain pen had leaked by time I came to use it and even though it was over 6 months since receiving, upon receipt of photos they quickly sent out a new replacement. No questions and full of apologies. After sales service exceptional 😉

I can not rave about this company enough! Products are so fantastic, the smell is divine and the fact it is great for sensitive skin is even better. I have a subscription and I wouldn't honestly use anything else now for our clothes. I have a couple of favourites but my ultimate go to is "Date night" the fabric sprays are insanely good too as is the stain pen.
Recently been in contact with customer service I er a query I had and they were friendly, helpful and very responsive.
Highly recommend.
