I have been a long standing customer, some 6 years I believe and , have had some issues, but the People at Tails have sorted out these minor Issues. Our dogs have loved this product from Day 1 , lovely shiny coats , plenty of energy and all bowls emptied!!!! I also got my daughter to get Tails, and her little Chihuahua loves it , she goes crazy when it's feeding time.

It’s the only wet food my fussy dog will eat. Always gets delivered on time.

As a dog owner all I want is for my boys to be happy and healthy. Unfortunately there full of allergies. I've tried so many different products that just didn't work and Tails have supplied a complete food that suits them so well and helps to minimise flare ups. Our vet told me that there nutritionist was absolutely amazing and that she definitely supported the use of Tails. We also have there treats too and our delivery is on time every month and very good value for money in comparison with other brands. Should I need it earlier it's very easy to change the date online. Overall I couldn't be happier with the service Tails supplies Thank you.

Very happy with the service and product.
The delivery comes right to my door and at the time described.

I find Tails easy to deal with, changing order is easy and our seems to like it.

Our British Bulldog loves his food and his coat is shiny and soft after the first month.

I have been giving my 1 year old Weimeraner Tails diet for two months as she had become very picky with her diet. Not eating her kibble ( I tried a few!) I was having to buy pate and cook meat for her but there was much trial and error and much waste.
She now is eating all her Tales meals enthusiastically, she loves the kibble and the trays are great too. Never any waste.Proving that taste is important to some dogs. Very pleased and I have a happy dog 👍

I have received many damaged wet food trays with Tails although they have replaced then free of charge I find it very frustrating that it takes days to sort problems out as everything has to be done through emails!!!
Not everyone is internet savvi and would benefit from a telephone call.

It all arrived in time, everything I needed for my dog for the next month.

I was introduced to Tails.com by my sister and I have to say that my Lily loves the choices she can have. Also when we needed to change her selections, i.e. the Kibble as ahe was not happy with it, it was so easy to contact Tails.com staff who were very helpful and there was no problems changing her selection. Knowing that Lola’s food is specifically designed for her as she has so many allergies. Know when it’s going to arrive.

Our dog is a v v fussy eater. Tails has been great in trying to help . We’re not there yet but I’m sure we will get there.

No wet food delivered ,can't talk to anyone, no contact in over three days via emails ..useless company has got worse been with them for years but this is last straw...the food is good but the customer services is well if I could give minus 5 stars I would.shame as food is good.but there's companies out their that talk!!!! To their customers

I wish their biscuits was a lower price as some months I find I cannot afford £41 just for biscuits so I postpone whole order for a couple of months then start again, I understand it’s suited to my type of dog but if the biscuits was more generic at half the cost or have a plan for £50 a month I would have tails 12 months a year as my doggo loves their wet meals. No qualms with product at all just the biscuit/kibble cost.

Tails.com provide a great service and our dog generally seems much healthier and happier after switching to their food. It is also cheaper than the previous brand of organic food we were buying. Deliveries are prompt with great communication keeping the customer informed. They recently resolved an issue after the courier left our delivery out in the rain whilst we were away. It got damaged and was promptly replaced after a quick email to them.

A great company I thoroughly recommend.

Held to ransom every month. Can’t reduce the amount of dry food. No communication from the company. Take my money and leave me with stockpile of food! It really is not good enough! Seriously contemplating cancelling my subscription which would be a shame as Cassie loves the food.

I've have contacted Tails.com on a number of occasions and have always received a quick response with the answer to my query. They are professional and friendly and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend their products.

Nothing wrong with the food, but they are very often late deliverying the food on time which then means we have to substiture our dogs nutrition with something else for a few days. This upsets his tummy, and for that reason alone, I would not recommend Tails.
