I have been actively using TopView over the past few months in 2026, and it was actually the very first AI platform I ever used. Initially, I used it mainly for marketing purposes and was very satisfied. Recently, I discovered the new "Drama Studio" feature, which I currently use the most and am extremely happy with!

I especially appreciate how well Korean is supported compared to other platforms—it was truly a fantastic choice. Historically, once Korean users start engaging actively with a platform, it tends to thrive! Because of this, I frequently introduce and recommend TopView on my YouTube channel.

I also noticed the recent addition of the "Canvas" feature. While I think it's a great addition, it feels a bit complex at first glance, making it a little intimidating to dive right into. Still, I plan to give it a try and create content with it soon.

However, there is still some room for improvement. I occasionally run into errors while using Drama Studio, so I hope it becomes more stable. Moving forward, I would love to see the platform focus on making tools as simple and intuitive as possible for users.

I am absolutely THRILLED to be able to use this platform to make my content! As a content creator for YouTube i need to have the best tools at my disposable that allow me to make quality preem content efficiently and quickly. Thanks to the Drama Studio that Topview AI has I am able to keep everything organized for all my projects and make preem content easily. I have already canceled all my other subscriptions with other platforms as the Drama Studio with Topview AI has made every other one of them obsolete. If your on the fence, its time to finish hopping over it and enjoy the green pasture that is Topview AI!!!

I've been using their services for almost a month with Ultra plan. in ultra they offer 1 month of unlimited seedance 2.0 (unlimited requests get in queue for sure almost 8-10 hours - you need to use credit if you want immediate generation) so I made my plan before I started my membership. All scenarios are ready few adjustments and process I need to save my credits. in a few days my 2 projects completed with credit and free, then I started to use free generations to preserve some credits. But there was a technical error occured. At first I was not able to find where I can reach them. sent mail but their response was quite late, then I realized chat baloon at the home screen. I wrote from there and they respond in a few minutes I told them the problems. while they are working on the issue they provide me help to move further and help me stick to my schedule. here below pros and cons so far and things they need to improve. honestly my evaluation is 4.5 over 5. But their approach to help is important so I round it to 5.
Pros
- Canvas is awsome environment, all in one
- Agentic model designed well and process is quite soft
- Support team approach is customer oriented, they focus on completion of your schedule
Cons
-Support only works quick on chat and chat screen not available in canvas
-Support Chat screen sometimes disappears suddenly you need to re open but the things you wrote stays there you can vontinue where you left off
-There are some inconsistency for the usage of credits when you ask support correcting it but watch what promised to consume and what consumed. (I believe that is related to time to market pressure, everyday new models rise up and they try to implement them but this credit evaluatin is something makes the things complicated)
-on agentic there are some cheap models that they need to get rid of like qwen. by a mistake or somehow qwen was selected once, and when I give the prompt qwen delete all scene card contents. that cause me 6 more hours
-support sometimes delay to response I am not pretty sure if they are in different timezone then me but 24/7 immediate responses needed for a customer because when you dive in to a project with high concentration and stucked in somewhere and need help if you cant get immediate response you are not able to move further.

For overall I am not a snobby customer for all the companies I work with, I always believe in cooperation. therefore approach and willing to help is important for me. Theri product is good and what I need. I am also a patient person because rush and impatiency brings mass. But of couse all should be in balance.

I have been using Topview AI for over three months now, and overall I'm very pleased with the results. There is definitely room for improvement, but I'm happy with the platform so far.

The only issue I have is the waiting queue for the unlimited plan. If a prompt fails for any reason, you can end up waiting for hours only to get nothing, which can be frustrating. It would be great if failed generations were compensated with the equivalent number of credits, since no video was actually generated. I also hope the waiting times can be reduced, as the queue has become significantly longer over the last month.

Other than that, I have no complaints. I've had a great experience with Topview AI and am really happy with it.

Topview is easy to use AI tool . I decided to try it and in no time I can make AI videos. The only reason I didn't give 5 star is because my credits are used up easily. I'm not sure if it's because of how I use it like I want always the nice quality AI. But Topview is a good platform for AI hobbyist like me.

i just joined the site and i loged into my google account and i had like 15 credits to start to experiment with the caracter swap, the experience with the caracter swap went pretty smothely, the ai is good responding and fast creating even in the free tier that i started. next week ill probubly be going ultra on their program. as i was saying hawing good ai generations i asked on their message chat that im trying different things and i needed a little help moving forward and as a kind gesture from them they offered me a starter pack that made the videos that were generated to be withought watermarks and even got me 15 extra credits. by far this was a really good experience with the site and the ai.

Yea I just purchased the annual ultra plan yesterday used about 100 credits to make a bad 1 minute video and have asked for a refund now, the wait times are bad even for normal generation it's 7 minutes and for unlimited generations lol I was in queue #1408 and after 2 hours it went down to #1362 what a joke. Will see how long their support takes to get back to me, i'll probably have to end up calling my credit card company to file a dispute as I don't see them responding looking at the bad reviews in here.

*update* Topview did get back to me and offered a prorated refund, I added an extra star for the customer service aspect.

I'm a current customer with Top View AI. All of my experiences haven't been the best but I'm giving them a 5-star rating because of their customer service. I'm really big on that. I've had multiple projects that ate my credits but after explaining my issues and getting help through customer support, I was able to complete my work. I was also given back my credits I felt was burned because of issues with AI. Nothing is perfect but Top View is Top tier in my book. Thanks again!

This site offered unlimited generation, but did not mention this big fact-it takes at least 120min or even more .it does not offer quick generation as credit paying generation. So I Requested a full refund(e mailed them with proof with receipt) within 1hour after I made a payment. And 4days passed they never answers.(followed all their rules.also the email never failed to arrive)

Topview is easy to use. Their customer support is very nice and helpful. When I encountered issues with audio conditioning through model requests, they responded right away and deployed a fix in 2 days.

The platform is continuously evolving. I used to make short animation film with Unreal Engine and have been testing a couple of AI video generators until I found Topview AI. It is different to most other platforms as it is an integrated film studio platform that brings all tools for even creating a good quality short movie. If you want to use it more as a AI tool, you can upload your own stories, characters, renders from 3D models, etc. and use them as reference within a prompt. The screen writer / beat sheet agent is outstanding and can assist you during scene production and setup. I use Topview AI to turn a Sci-Fi book that I have been writing over many years, into multiple episodes and so far it turned out quite well. Not yet perfect but as I mentioned before, the platform ist constantly evolving and in my opinion can already be used for serious video production. The way I use it, it is not a single click solution - but that is exactly what I have been looking for. It gives me the freedom to bring ny own ideas to life, the way I imagine. So far the service has been very friendly and helpful. If I run into a problem, it is mostly solved in a couple of hours (can be half a day if the time difference between your location and the service staff is big - but this is normal). It is not the cheapest service available - however in my opinion it gives you best value for your money. I can not really understand people complaining about burning credits fast“ as with the right plan, you get unlimited access to certain models. If you are looking for a „for free“ click and make me a funny cat service, look elsewhere - if you are looking for a serious production tool - go for topview AI.

I've read some negative reviews here and I per my own experience I had no problems with the service. It works fine, and customer service is pretty fast to respond. The unlimited generations are quite slow but that's because it renders off-peak times when the server loads are the lowest. When you use credits, the speed is fine and of course variable. It all depends on the seedance network, not topview, so nothing to complain about here. I hope that's how the service continues to work. I like the interface, although a few tweaks would be helpful.

I signed up for topview 2 days ago and have been having a great time learning everything. Tonight I tackled a big project and I had a little trouble with the platform. My files were slightly too big for the auto generation which i didn't know at the time. I used the chat and customer service got back to me promptly and helped me go through multiple issues and my project came out fantastic! They were very patient with me as I am very new to this, and I wanted to make sure and thank them with this review!

What really makes the platform stand out for me is the Drama Studio and the Canva section. These tools are extremely useful for film creation and make the whole production process feel much easier, faster, and more creative. For anyone working on video or film-style content, these features are truly unique and valuable.

Platform has very competitive pricing for generations on all of the top AI models, and has some of the least restrictions of any of the platforms I have used which is great!

Unlimited plans give an additional 5-7 free video generations per day which gives another $5 to $10 worth of value as well, so even though they take a few hours to generate, definitely great for testing on projects that aren't time sensitive, and for optimizing gems/skills/custom gpts.

Team is very responsive on Discord, and are quick to fix problems and optimize their system using user requests!

I signed an annual contract, but the project did not function properly and the expected deliverables were not generated. Therefore, I do not intend to use the service again. I would like to cancel the purchase and request a refund.

This website is an absolute scam. The site is unstable and burns through your AI credits. Customer service is also de-activated you cant speak to no agent. Because they know is a scam.

UPDATE (July 6 , in response to Topview's reply),Seedance 2.0 Mini video + 365 unlimited, "after purchase" = Mayıs 2027...Thank you for replying. But your own pricing page contradicts this: Seedance 2.0 Mini is a video model advertised as "365 UNLIMITED," so "video Unlimited was only 30 days" isn't accurate. Your image models also state the benefit is "available for 1 year after purchase" . I purchased on May 27, 2026, so that runs to May 2027. As a current prepaid Ultra Annual subscriber, I'm being denied a 365-day Unlimited benefit your live page attaches to my plan. I've asked support to restore it or provide a prorated refund, and I'll gladly update this review once resolved fairly.

first review :I bought the Ultra Annual plan specifically because video generation was advertised as "Unlimited," and I actively used it for daily production. After about 30 days, video Unlimited was removed from my account and replaced with an "Upgrade to Unlimited" upsell.
The unfair part: they are STILL advertising the same plan as "Unlimited" right now. Their live pricing page still says "use this model as much as you want, with no extra charge" for the video model , with no clear notice that it expires after 30 days. Meanwhile, their image models openly state "Available for 1 year after purchase," which proves they know how to disclose a time limit when they want to. For video, they don't.
Support confirmed my plan only ever had 30 days, and said newer "365-day Unlimited" promos don't apply to me , while continuing to advertise "Unlimited" to new buyers. I paid annually, up front, for a feature that was removed within a month. I've asked for restoration or a prorated refund.
If you're considering the Annual plan for "Unlimited" video: be aware it may only mean ,30 days. Ask them to put the exact duration in writing before you pay.i've already contacted support from my account email regarding this ,
