Eye catching

I love Tova, always good quality, sparkly and colourful, bright colours at its best, except this time the Blue Bonnie necklace, the beads were not as blue as in the photo, they were more lavender and purplish, still very pretty with the crystals but not turquoise

I bought 750 dollars worth of jewlery…

I bought 750 dollars worth of jewlery from Tova for my first personal purchase. When i paid for it i was prompted to sign up for the rewards. I figured it would add my recent purchase. Got on to see if my rewards added and they said I wouldnt get credit for my first purchase. I called them to ask if i could get the points for my purchase or a promo code for the points i no longer would get credits for and was ignored and never recieved a call back even though they said they would make it right. I gave them many opportunities to make it right but they wont. They don't seem to care about the whole customer experience. Kinda sad. It's not like the rewards weren't earned fairly.
