Very good experience every time
I had a problem with the protein powder I've ordered and they send me a new one, without me having to send the other one back! Good products and reliable delivery
I have been using the products for ca 6 month now and they are reliable and good.
Having had issues with the gift card, I got the opportunity to try out the AI support system and that needs a revamp.
That said, what AI lacks in skills and service, the human support department definitely excels in, they are very helpful and attentive.

My review is just about XXL's after sales service as my order was not delivered by DHL. Knowing that they reply instantly on whatsapp, XXL started investigation and after a heated conversation, it took them a whole week to re-ship the order. I lost 10+ days waiting for my order to arrive.

My experience with them has been bad
My experience with them has not been good. I placed an order on the 25th of May, and they indicated that the order had been delivered on the 27th, but I received no delivery. While I understand that the courier can make a mistake, it is their customer service that I have an issue with. For a fault made by the courier, as a customer, I was made to wait for almost 3 weeks, with me constantly calling to receive an update. They should have been the ones to give me consistent updates. Furthermore, after almost 3 weeks they offered to send me a replacement package and indicated that the items I ordered were out of stock.
I know I am probably insignificant to their business, but this is the last time I order anything from this company. Horrible, horrible experience.

After the carrier's investigation period had passed, we sent you a declaration form that was required to proceed with the claim and arrange a replacement shipment. Unfortunately, we did not receive the completed document back at that time.
As soon as we receive the completed declaration, we are able to take further action. Had we received the document earlier, we would have been able to resolve this matter much sooner and arrange a replacement shipment immediately.
We understand that the waiting time has been disappointing, but in cases like these we are dependent on both the carrier's investigation process and the required documentation before we can proceed.
Nevertheless, we regret that this situation has left you with a negative impression of our service and hope the replacement shipment will still reach you soon.

Package loss: easily resolved
I had to deal with a package loss due to a bad delivery from DHL. Customer service at XXL was outstanding: they responded within minutes, provided concrete solutions and follow-up on the issue. In the end, the issue has been resolved successfully. Given the quality of the product and of the customer service, I will surely remain a loyal XXL customer for my protein and supplment purchases
