Excellent phone technician! Very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. They repaired my phone quickly and did a fantastic job. Shockingly awful service for Insurance claim for cracked screen on Google pixel.
My phone got lost in the system for over 6 weeks. When I chased I was told I needed to leave 5 working days for them to establish the situation, but then they wouldn't be emailing me with an update, I would have to call again and work my way through their options and hold periods to talk to someone who might then know what was going on.
Not great customer care given the established delays (supposed to be back with me in 7 days)

So I waited and then was told my phone couldn't be repaired (no one knows why) so they needed more money to source me a refurbished replacement.
This statement is completely suspect, as I had taken the immaculate phone (with the exception of the minor screen crack) to a shop on my High Street and was given a quote of £120 to get in done with 24 hours.

Shoddy, untrustworthy and not recommended.
Still waiting for acknowledgment of my complaint via Aviva..

Amazing service, was keep informed all the way and most importantly the device is as good as new.

I wish I could give this company a zero rating. They are scumbags. O2 have commissioned them for trade-in/recycling. I sent them my pristine iPhone 14 which I knew had zero issues with it only to get an email saying they’ve revised my valuation. The email had blank details for original valuation and revised so I had to call O2 to get confirmation of this. The scumbags reckoned there was a loose bolt and start up issues with my device which is just a complete and utter lie. They therefore revised my valuation from £394 to £0. Absolute joke of a company. I would definitely not recommend this company to anyone and O2 should be ashamed to be associated with this sh**show of a company.

Had my Samsung Flip phone repaired by Mark Mulrennan today, really pleased with the repair and service. Communication was great, arrived on time when he said and repair was done quickly. Worth every penny, much better than sending my phone away to be repaired and waiting for delivery!

Michael Rodriguez was the Technician assigned to my case. I was provided with a timed slot the evening before the repair, and Michael gave me a heads-up 10 minutes before his arrival. He arrived exactly on time.
He clearly explained what the repair would involve and provided an estimated timeframe. He kept to the agreed timescale and, once the repair was completed, took the time to explain what had been done.
I’m extremely happy with the service I received and would highly recommend both Michael and Likewize.

I am absolutely FUMING with the experience I have had with this company and honestly do not know how they have so many positive reviews.

I booked a repair through Tesco Mobile for my Samsung S24 after the screen stopped working. The glass itself was completely intact. It was the LED display behind it that had failed. The repair was booked for four days after I first reported the issue.

When the engineer arrived I was told the repair had been logged as a warranty repair and that they needed to send the details off to Samsung to establish whether Samsung would accept liability as there was no accidental damage. I was told that if Samsung agreed the phone could be repaired there and then. If they refused I would have to book another appointment and pay for the repair.

Why on earth would you not simply take payment and repair the phone when you already have an engineer and a repair slot available? Instead I was forced to waste more time, go through the booking process again and arrange another appointment. Completely ridiculous.

I managed to get another appointment for the following day between 2:50pm and 3:50pm.

Except that appointment did not happen either.

At around 3:30pm the engineer called me to say that he had overrun and basically messed up his schedule, meaning he was not going to be able to get to me.

It was a Friday so I was then forced to wait until the following Wednesday for another appointment.

By this point I was already incredibly frustrated so on the Tuesday I called to triple check that the appointment was definitely going ahead. I was reassured that everything was booked and confirmed.

Wednesday comes around and I receive an email saying they cannot make the appointment AGAIN and have rescheduled me for eight days later.

You genuinely could not make this up.

So to summarise, I booked a repair and waited four days for the first appointment. I could not have it repaired because of their warranty process and had to rebook. That appointment was then cancelled because the engineer had overrun and messed up his schedule.

I then waited almost another week, called specifically to make sure the next appointment was definitely happening and was reassured that it was. Only for them to cancel it AGAIN on the actual day and push me back another eight days.

To make matters worse they had already taken the FULL PAYMENT from me despite failing to provide the service I had paid for. Not once but twice.

I eventually called and requested a full refund which they agreed to. What really annoyed me though was the complete lack of concern about the amount of inconvenience and wasted time this has caused. There was no real apology, no attempt to put things right and seemingly no understanding of how completely unacceptable this level of service is.

This company clearly cannot cope with the demand they are receiving and clearly does not have enough engineers to fulfil the appointments they are taking.

I would personally avoid them like the plague.

Do not be fooled by the amount of positive reviews. You might be one of the lucky ones but if you are unlucky enough to be one of the customers who gets passed around, cancelled on and repeatedly fobbed off, you will seriously regret using them.

If you are taking out phone insurance I would strongly recommend checking who the nominated repair company is before committing because if this is the company being used, I would be running a mile.

Absolutely shocking. Endless waiting, repeated cancellations, money taken upfront and still no repair.
