I think I could save more but it's good to have someone looking at my electricity provider contract
Sometimes I have the impression contracts more expensive than I need are suggested/chosen, so I spend an entire year paying a lot only to have credit back in the end. It makes me wonder, given the profit from the Service comes from what we save, if it's not a planned strategy rather than really looking for the best offers for the customer's needs. Apart from that, it's comfortable to have someone to keep an eye on deadlines for provider changes and to deal with the bureaucracy, especially when you don't speak German and here things are super complicated and bureaucratic.

If you end up with a high credit at the end of the year, feel free to reach out – we can adjust your monthly instalment accordingly so you're not overpaying each month. That said, we generally recommend paying a slightly higher instalment to avoid any unexpected additional payments at the end of the contract period.

Still some way to go
New electricity supplier was a very good offer.
Communication must be improved to avoid surprises like pending meter reading.
Since Wechselpilot manages all interactions with a supplier, it is difficult to use some of the additional benefits from the supplier.
