We have been using Thermomix for many years, from TM31 to the newest TM7. Every product is very well built, reliable and the new technology allowed to do more than the previous models. Yes agree with some, it is expensive, but you'll never regret once you got it. Is a machine that helps a lot in any situation for instance if you are in rush, if you have only a few ingredients in the fridge and not bothering looking for recipes. If you living in London are, just pop to Wembley Park shop like I did for a one of the periodic shows. For those who regrated to buy, I think they haven't discover the full potential, but most importantly you must love food. If not interested in food, don't buy it.

I’ve had my Thermomix TM6 for several years now, and I honestly never get tired of using it. It was the best Christmas present I’ve ever received, and it’s something I use almost every day.

The Cookidoo app is simply amazing. There are thousands of recipes to choose from, with new ones added regularly, so there’s always something different to try. I especially love that I can cook dishes from all over the world without having to search for recipes elsewhere. The guided cooking feature makes everything so easy to follow, and every meal turns out brilliantly.

The annual Cookidoo subscription of £60 is worth every penny. With the huge selection of recipes, constant updates, meal planning features, and shopping lists, it offers fantastic value and keeps me inspired to cook.

The TM6 has made cooking easier, more enjoyable, and much less time-consuming. I genuinely couldn’t imagine my kitchen without it now and would highly recommend the Thermomix and Cookidoo to anyone looking to transform the way they cook.

The thermomix itself is an amazing product and easy to use. The company themselves are slow and uncommunicative. I ordered a small item, its been over a week and they havent even dispatched it. Ive now contacted them twice to cancel as they've left it so long I wont be able to receive delivery as ill be overseas but they didn't even bother replying.
I've now had to chargeback. Disgusting.

Buying experience is terrible, I just want to buy a thermomix, but I have to call a sales rep who is only available at certain times? What is that about?? Vorwerk you need to fix / reduce the purchasing friction here.0

Have had a Vorwerk vacuum for a number of years. When the time had come to replace my VK150 I phoned customer services. Was informed for a fee of £225 they would refurb and replace any broken parts.
Vorwerk sent the collection to wrong address despite verifying prior. Collection delayed. Had to call to resolve.
Eventually Sent vacuum off for its repair having prepaid only to get a msg a week later that because there was dust in the vacuum the technicians wouldn’t repair it.
It’s a vacuum for heavens sake still in good working order but the dust bag bracket was broken and declared despite a temporary repair which was declared when service was booked.
So was it decided that the small repair was not cost effective for them to repair therefore they rejected because there was insufficient profit in it?
Appalling customer service and they’ve lost me as a customer. Don’t get coned with this service.

So you buy neato and then shut down the services.
Great customer experience here, all you did was make my vacuum cleaner into a paperweight.

Beware, do not buy from this company since the German company was acquired by a U.S. company in Texas. We also have a Neato botvac that can no longer be used thanks to NO SUPPORT and shutting down the cloud service. I’m going to contact my attorney general to see what can be done about this crooked company.

We got a Thermoix in December 2025. Now in April 2026, it stopped working.

Service is done via email! Then they expect you, as a customer, to box the item and drop it off to be sent for repair. Based on the complaints here, I am very worried about the speed it's going to take to get it back. It should not be repaired. It should be exchanged and exchanged quickly.

This is not the type of service you would expect for a high-end product.

I used to manage service nationally in my country for an electronics brand, and I would have been fired if I offered this kind of service to our customers.

I am writing this to warn potential Vorwerk customers about the current state of their "premium" service.

I purchased a brand-new Thermomix on 18 December 2025. By 6 March 2026—less than three months later—the machine suffered a total breakdown. For a product at this price point, this is a clear "lack of conformity" under EU consumer law.

The Service Experience:

27 Days Without the Machine: It took nearly a month to "repair" a brand-new unit.

Zero Transparency: Vorwerk refuses to disclose what part failed or what work was performed.

Management Silence: I have sent a formal contest to the management team/Laila regarding a replacement (as is my right for a near-dead-on-arrival unit), and they have simply stopped responding.

I did not pay full retail price to own a "refurbished" unit after only 11 weeks. By forcing a repair instead of a replacement and then ignoring my correspondence, Vorwerk is failing its statutory and customer service obligations.

Warning: If you expect premium support for a premium price, look elsewhere. Currently escalating to the ACM and ECC.

They acquired Neato Robotics and then shut down its services. This resulted in a serious violation of consumer rights, leading to planned obsolescence and financial loss to customers. Worst behaviour in my entire consumer life.

They essentially bricked my expensive Neato D7 robot vacuum by closing the servers down years ahead of schedule. I encourage everyone to be cautious of this company as you could easily be left with an expensive ornament.

They purchased Neato, and even though they committed to 5 years of support they turned off the cloud and said "push the button on the robot". This ruins the robots ability to avoid zones, to clean by zone, and most of what makes the vacuum intelligent. Shame on this company. I would love a list of all products Vorwerk group offers so I can boycott them all. Shame on you.

After Vorwerk bought Neato they guaranteed existing Neato customers full functionality of their product until 2028. Never the less they shut down the services already in 2025. Even worse… they kept SELLING devices they knew that would loose functionality very soon!

If they screwed you once, I don’t see a reason why they wouldn’t screw you again.

Vorwerk is a completely unreliable company that doesn’t deserve it’s customers.

I have always heard about the wonders of Thermomix, but I couldn't believe it to be such a life changer.
It is an amazing machine which has helped me in transforming food choices completely. Healthy meals are super easy, tasty and fast.
On the other end, the advisor experience wasn't a positive one. Workwek should properly check how they treat customers.

FU Vorwerk, I paid good money for my neato vacuum robot.
I hope you go bankrupt, stealing our money and leaving us with a useless overpriced piece of nothing.

Very bad service. TM7 got broken IN A WEEK. Customer service is awful.

Belooft neato support tot 2028 en stopt er in 2025 mee. M'n product is onbruikbaar geworden.

Poor customer service. Since December, we have been waiting to send back the TM6. It was offered that we could exchange the TM6 for the TM7 and receive £400 cashback. We still have both and no support from the main website and the advisor — they don’t seem to know anything.
