Customer satisfaction first
My order was not entirely what I expected and I was a bit dissapointed. Vistaprint picked up on this and offered me to reprocess the order free of charge. That's what I call putting customer satisfaction first!!

Very disappointed
Very disappointed. I paid a significant amount for a custom design, but after a missed delivery and the package being returned to sender, VistaPrint refused to resend my order. The compensation offered was very low compared to what I had paid. Be aware of this policy before ordering.

Paid extra for shipping fee to make sure my order will come on time. A day before the expected delivery I got an email that ot is delayed. Chat with the customer service and I waa told they will “just” refund the shipping cost. That’s easy for you to say but my event waa compromised. You could have told me 2 days or when I ordered it that you cannot produce it on time. Not a day before.
