Obviously do very good research on the seller to make sure they aren’t a scammer but I got mine immediately after purchase (the day of concert) through axs! best concert ever

I bought tickets with AXS transfer, but never received them. I tried contacting the support, but felt like i was always talking to an AI chatbot. False promises that they were monitoring my order and that the tickets would come in time. The chatbot would sent reminders allegedly to the ticket seller, but via contactform they assured me that in now way they were able to contact the seller

Honestly I think viagogo is a 50/50 gamble. This was my first using it as a very very last resort, but I am sure I will never use this misleading platform again

I was nervous and skeptical at first. Heared so many different stories online of people never receiving their ticket or getting their ticket just in time. The reason I was nervous was because we had to book flights and hotelstays for this concert, so not knowing if youre gonna get your ticket is not something you wanna deal with.

Eventually I gave it a go and an hour later the ticket was in my AXS account and I had a blast in London.

So thank youuuuu Viagogo and the seller for giving me this experience.

Received The Wrong Tickets (Wrong seats) + The Wrong quantity of ticket (1 iso 2).

The first response was ok.
Then got a phone call confirming the tickets were wrong and they received them back from me and Tickets would be canceled.

Now I’m still fighting with them.
They confirmed ticket were wrong/ they confirmed it’s canceled and now they won’t return my €1800,-!

It’s absurd!

I have retained evidence of the ticket, my purchase, the transfer, the ticket’s “UNASSIGNED” status, my communications with Viagogo, and my attempts to resolve the matter while physically at the stadium.

We got great tickets, not extremely expensive. AND the tickets were real, had an amazing time. Also the booking process was easy

Just viagogo‘s fee is super high.

Easy. Secure. Tickets receive in time. Reasonable prices.

Ordered 9 tickets in the same section. Then 1 ticket gets replaced 3 hours before the match, placed at the other side of the stadium. Unacceptable. Had to buy an extra ticket in the same section to be able to attend the match together. Customer service provides no help, just a sorry.

my personal experience with viagogo was very pleasant. i got to see ariana grande despite all of the shows being sold out. unfortunately there are scammers active on this platform so buy at your own risk but if you do, make sure you always get them from a star seller with a mobile transfer option!!

I've been a buying and a selling customer and Viagogo is totally realible. The taxes could be lower since they get fees from the seller and the byer...a ticket with 27€ value gives 15,75€ to the seller and the rest stays with viagogo. Seems too high

I was supposed to resell tickets for a concert. I was warned that there would be a penalty if I did not send the tickets to the third party on time. However, I never received the tickets in time to forward them, nor did I receive my own tickets. I submitted a dispute to request a refund. Fortunately, I had taken screenshots of the entire conversation on the day of the concert, because, conveniently, they had no record of it in their system. After I filed the dispute on July 27, they told me they would get back to me within 5 to 8 business days. It is now August 13, and I still have not heard from them, even though I sent follow-up messages on the 7th. These are scam services to avoid at all costs.

Great tickets with quick delivery and good seats with clear view.
