Everything was perfect, the tickets were perfect and exactly what i wanted and paid for.

The overall experience was great, the only thing is that I booked central seats and the one accorded to me after the original ones didn't come by mail were at the edge of the theater

This was my first time using and hearing about VIAGOGO, so I was very skeptical at first. I really wanted to attend the concert and Viagogo still had tickets available but we're talking about a lot of money so the money-back guarantee gave me enough confidence to give it a try.so I decided to take the chance but
I have to admit, I was very stressed after reading so many negative reviews, especially about PDF tickets.

I contacted customer support, and I was pleasantly surprised. They responded very quickly, listened carefully to my concerns and asked if there was anything else they could do to help ease my worries. Best of all, I was connected to a real person almost immediately instead of a bot or having to wait.

They also kept me updated leading up to the concert, which made me feel much more reassured throughout the whole process.
So for my very first experience, I can honestly say it was an excellent one. I hope Viagogo continues to provide this level of service because I truly hope I'll never have a reason to write a negative review about them.
I'm sorry to everyone who has had a bad experience with Viagogo, but thankfully, mine was a very positive one.

Second time we book tickets via viagogo and second amazing experience.
No additional charges. Reliable application. Well located seats

Very helpful and reactive customer service team. My issue was dealt with very quickly and a solution found immediately.

Very fast to buy. You choose a ticket.. then they add the Taxes (that were a big amount, I was not expecting so much ..). Then you get a confirmation emailm, and the money is out.
About 5 min latter I received an email with the ticket.. well the PDF.
Everything worked right but i was nervous until the last second (bc it is clearly possible to sell the same pdf to multiple people..) I was only at ease when i was inside the venue ahaha. But besides my anxiety everything was smooth and worked fine.

There was a problem with a ticket from the side of the seller, but the customer service solved it really fast.

I got the tickets exactly as published, definitely I'll consider this site again for future events.

Easy, effortless and the seats were great

Quick and easy to get the full info. Easy processing.
Very high service costs. Not acceptable for the cheaper purchases (sometimes service costs make the total amount twice as expensive compared to the vendors price).

I'm from Ukraine with a Ukrainian phone number. The only good thing is that you finally sent me tickets and I got to a great concert. The bad news is that I couldn't register my phone number on Ticketmaster; I had to ask friends in the Netherlands. I couldn't upload the tickets, so I had to take screenshots. But these are big questions about the Ticketmaster app.
