Needed to exchange item but could not do this tried to ask for replacement but had to re order causing me to purchase more or pay delivery , they answered my email very politely but didn’t solve the problem. Trysted twice to get this sorted but no voucher code for free delivery as other item was faulty , they ask for feed back but do nothing about it . Shame

I've been buying from Vertbaudet for 30 years!
I first started buying from Vertbaudet when my son was little - he's 29 now! My daughter is 38 and I didn't know about Vertbaudet when she was young, but she has two little girls now, so I'm buying from them again - you could say I've come full circle! It's a new experience now though, because it was a catalogue and telephone ordering when my son was young. I found the whole process easy and the website was easy to navigate - ordering process was a doddle! I've always loved Vertbaudet clothes and when my son was young, they were the only clothing brand to do the elastic and buttons on the inside of the trousers and jeans - that was a revelation because my son was very skinny as a child! I'm expecting the same good quality as before and I'm looking forward to buying more things for my granddaughters from Vertbaudet in future!

used Verbaudet years ago when my kids were little ,new granddaughter so i thought i would check them out again .Great sale prices just hope the quality is still as good as it was ,free delivery too which is always helpful .I am hoping to use them again and again as love the styles.

Good Quality and Great Value
Vertbaudet is a great place to shop for an early teen girl's wardrobe. The website is easy to use, the clothing is stylish and age-appropriate, and there's a good balance between everyday basics and trendier pieces. I found the prices reasonable, especially with the regular offers, and the sizing guidance was useful. Overall, it made shopping straightforward and I'd happily use it again.

I ordered two pairs of trousers for my son, they were too small so returned them both. They have only refunded one pair. I’m awaiting a reply from them.
It’s put me off buying again. I was going to order the next size up once they are back in stock but won’t be if this is not sorted quickly and efficiently
