They sell the items that is not even available in their stock
This company and its customer service lie to its customers. They sell products they don’t even have in stock, create a digital shipping tracking number, and then keep you waiting for weeks while feeding you one excuse after another: “We’re contacting them,” “Please wait four 4 more days,” and so on. The reality is that they’re just hoping the item comes back into stock.
After almost two weeks and countless emails, they came up with another lie and claimed that DHL had lost my package, even though the package had never been handed over to DHL in the first place.
This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Save yourself the frustration and avoid this company at all costs.

Unacceptable customer service
Terrible shipment (got lost in the beginning), terrible customer services (gave the wrong information, and the rude response), terrible order management (sent wrong item without apology).
Keep misunderstanding the main point from what customer says.
Not recommend for customers who care about customer service quality.
