I’ve had a consistently great experience with TopCashback. The platform is easy to use, payouts track reliably, and the savings really add up without any hassle. Customer service has also been helpful whenever I’ve needed support. It’s one of the few cashback sites that genuinely feels rewarding to use.

Great- takes time but no loss in doing it

Completely unreliable. 2 out of 4 of my completed purchases did not track, even though I 100% made the purchases via TopCashback. I raised claims for both and both transactions were logged in my user history, but all the retailer needs to say is that it didn't work, and you have missed out on cashback that could have been obtained via other websites. One of the purchases was for an expensive JL laptop, and there were numerous other cashback options with other sites, that I wish I had used. Customer service just quote their T&Cs when things don't track, so it is pointless raising a claim. I have deleted my account and will never use it again. Quidco has been MUCH more reliable over the years and I will be using that as my primary cashback site again.

There are so many retailers on this site and it's really easy to use. I withdrew part of my earnings today, and that was very quick and straightforward.

TopCashback has a business model, and it's not the one they advertise. Small claims (£1-5) get approved, just enough to keep you thinking the system works, but the moment a claim is worth actual money (£50+), it gets denied.

I bought through the app, via their own tracked link, from a retailer they themselves list as a verified partner. I did not do anything differently for the claims that got approved versus the ones that didn't. The only variable was the amount.

Their support process is a formality, not a resolution path. You submit a "missing cashback" claim, wait weeks, and get a copy-pasted rejection that doesn't address anything you actually said. It's designed to make you give up, not to fix the problem.

Call it what it looks like: a company that dangles cashback to get you shopping through their links, then finds a reason to keep the money once the amount stops being trivial.

Do not trust this site- use a different cashback provider: one that pays out consistently regardless of the amount.

EDIT: See reply from TopCashBack that feels like a lazy AI auto generated response, completely missing the points laid out in my review. It directs me to the pointless “missing cashback” process that I mentioned and provides another pointless link that won’t actually ensure you get cashback for any money spent through the app. Tell me you’ve not read my review without telling me.

Easy to get paid out. Simple couple of clicks, select how much you want, using payment collections and thats it! All done 2 minutes!!
