Used to be one of the better surveys apps out there, but something seems to have changed over the past few months. Recently, you will complete a survey, usually taking MUCH longer than indicated, get a "thank you your balance will be updated" message, and then 10 minutes later see a denial. It's kind of a shame to see how far this app has fallen, but it seems to be par for the course with these types of sites. This isn't unique to Qmee, just more frustrating because of how good they once were.

I have used Qmee the past 3 years on and off and it has been great, but recently the app has stopped working for me, they’ve stopped showing me surveys and won’t let me cash out. Which is a problem when you have £90 to cash out! I’ve looked online and emailed support multiple times but get the same generated responses every time. It’s been about 2 months now with no response which is a shame because I enjoyed using the app but I have given up on it, I believe the support team is not checking the messages or simply do not care.

Over 90% of the surveys I attempt with Qmee are rejected, which is the complete opposite of sites like Opinium and Ipsos where I have an over 90% success rate. Qmee are clearly getting something wrong which Opinium and Ipsos are getting right.

I cant create an account to join. The site says “page not found”

I had a qmee account I was doing okay but there were more and more surveys that when you got to the end they would reject it so I complained just wanting to know why this was happening, they froze my account and took £30 (all the money I had with them) off me without telling what was wrong, I've asked but bit getting anywhere

Reply accusing me of fraud
You reply says that I completed a fraudulent survey, I had asked you at least twice why my account was frozen and not once did you say I had done something wrong, I leave a bad review because my account disappeared with no explanation and im accused of fraud.

They are the worst! They never have surveys and they only want peoples data but I know how to shut them down and if anyone wants to join a class action lawsuit file with the ftc and cfpb....They aren't there to give out surveys and @#$holes like that have to find out the hard way

Worst customer support I have ever encountered.. they can fix your issue in like 10 minutes but ignore you for months and keep saying the same thing that they will have a look at your issue but nothing happens.. it's been months and they still did not fix my account and have been holding my balance for months with no way of withdrawing

I’ve got an email thread of over 30 emails back and forth with Qmee I’ve waited over 2 months for this technical error to be fixed keep getting told ‘ we apologize for the delay we’ll let you know when it’s resolved” not when I’ve been waiting this long I’ve asked for better communication and that’s the only response they come up with I’ve got over £100 sitting in there that’s been inaccessible I’ve already escalated it myself to higher ups and reported it to various avenues for the sake of myself and everyone else currently dealing with this situation

I only used this app for less than a week and after I had a few bucks and I was ready to cash out, they would not let me. I get an error message urging me to contact support, and the support team does not respond. The app stopped loading anything and they are holding my money hostage.

This is a scam, there are better apps you can use, do not use this one. They will waste your time and pocket the money without paying you.

Also, I bet they will respond to this review with a generic and meaningless apology, but they are not going to address the problems with their app and their customer support is still going to ignore me.

This app is a scam, don't use it, and tell your friends and family to avoid it.

Worked one time and then it wouldn’t let me cash out anything and customer service was the least helpful experience I’ve ever had with any kind of customer service. Ended up just closing the account completely.such a rip off!

Been unable to do their pop quiz on my phone or pc for a week now. Same will all my family and friends. SORT OUT YOUR PLATFORM!

They took all my surveys away once I withdrew a few times. No response ever to email

Left Qmee for a few months after disastrous results filling out and completing surveys that kick you on a final question saying you don’t fit the criteria, or even worse on completion. After a few months I thought I’d give it another go, and it’s got worse. I’ve complained to Qmee again about getting kicked out after completion. Their response is they have no control over it. Yet they paid get for completion. Something doesn’t ring right about it and I’ve noticed their rating has dropped on Trust Pilot considerably in the last few months. Here’s some info I found and suggest others read the whole article. If it was a technical glitched redirect or late disqualification, Qmee support will often issue a manual "goodwill" credit to your piggybank out of their own pocket. Survey Providers Pay Qmee: Brands and research platforms pay Qmee a set fee every time a user successfully completes a survey. 
Qmee Splits the Revenue: Qmee keeps a portion of that payment as its operating profit/commission and passes the rest along to you as your cash reward. 2. The Rogue Survey Provider Loophole
While Qmee itself isn't profiting off your screen-out, third-party survey providers (e.g., Ipsos, Qualtrics, Pollfish) sometimes cheat the system:So Qmee, close your providers more carefully as I and countless others don’t agree for these companies to basically keep our data for nothing.

Had an issues cashing out,told to contact support,which I did, two months later still not solved,when I do get an email response get fobbed off,have money I fairly earned Sat there i cant access
