I would give zero stars if I could.
I have an 8 and a 2 year old and also an 8 month old. Over the years I have spent thousands of pounds in tk maxx. Not any more we went in to the Reading store yesterday evening to look for presents for the children and upon finding a SpongeBob toy that made noise we set upon by two members of staff aggressively telling us to be quiet because they were filming in the Store. There were no notices up at the entrance and it was that they were filming right next to the children's toy section. I find it disgusting that they would rather be aggressive and abusive to people trying to buy in store and prioritise film stars? I won't be shopping here again their attitude to customer service is terrible.

Extremely frustrating customer service

I have been trying to access my account, but the website keeps blocking me.

I tried logging in with my password and, when that did not work, I used the “Forgot password?” option several times. I requested a verification code around five or six times, but not a single code was ever sent to me. Instead, after repeated attempts, my account was blocked again.

I have also contacted customer support by email, but I received no response at all.

So the website does not allow me to log in, the password recovery system does not send the verification code, and customer support does not answer emails. This is completely unacceptable and extremely frustrating.

I simply want to access my account, but there seems to be no working way to do so.

Xenophobia and Nazism in the store. Horrible service and attitude towards customers! Refused to sell us things because we told them not to yell at us. Saying that we were not in line, even though we were in line and told that we were waiting our turn. Then a girl who said later she was the manager told us we had one last chance to buy things. We told the staff that we had chosen things and were waiting in line at and there was no need to be rude to us. We were in line at the register and there were 10 people ahead of us in line. And while we were discussing which of the three bags we were going to take - they started being rude, and laughing at us. The black guy started calling us Russians, then Ukrainians. This is Nazism in the capital of Germany. The girl who ordered us not to sell us things refused to identify herself, even though she had violated our rights. Germany is Europe or what is it?

I have been a loyal customer of TK Maxx for over 14 years, but my experience at the Oxford Street store was deeply disappointing and unprofessional.

​I went to return a defective T-shirt (£49.99), and the Store Manager, Shila, treated me with total suspicion. She called other staff members to "verify" the price in front of me, making me feel humiliated and indirectly accused of tampering with the tag. I was forced to wait for 20 minutes for a simple check, which made me late for work.

​Worst of all, when the price was confirmed as correct, there was no apology. Instead, she raised her voice at me and said she had been "too polite" with me. This level of hostility is unacceptable for a manager. I felt ridiculed in front of other customers and extremely nervous. I hope the management takes this seriously, as this is not how you treat a client.

Im so upset with tk max return policy i brought a expensive frying pan from castle vale bham in ;jan26.
The make was la sena cost around £17 just small frying pan. Its no more non stick than my underware. I said i had proof of purchase but she also wanted the packaging. Who keeps the packaging? The pan looks quality but do an Egg even with oil its pants customer service is s—t im so annoyed.

I can’t complain on service or quality- it’s always been great! Its a great place to shop and find amazing deals

hi went last week to scunthorpe store there is a lot of stock which I find rubbish and found a cap f1 which I got at good price .went today on 17/2/26 like the fact you are selling some f1 clothing and football tops why not put it on rail on its own so it is easier to find and people can see I think your missing a trick why not sell more f1 stuff a lot of people don't know you sell f1 stuff I think if you sold more teams in f1 you would make more profit I have brought a McLean jacket, mclaren hoodie and f1 cap and nfl cap too all at good price thanks joel

I just visited your Walthamstow shopping centre London. Brought some Jewellery the service was awful the lady at the jewellery counter had no sense of customer friendliness, I greeted her hello and she glared at me no reply, then no sense of would you like a bag or inform me of my total bill I just paid by card and she then says there’s your receipt.
Have your staff have some sort of politeness it’s not hard to be welcoming or to say a nice farewell. Just some basic manners really.

Shocking messy store ! Customer service not the best and not enough wrapping for their glass wear !!

More than 5 star service at Rugby.Staff delightful especially Carleen who searched high and low for a top in my size.I had no codes but she was relentless.Well done.
Collected the top and Chris the manager was super helpful.

This store is full of shit. Their products are lying around messy and open. When you open it the product already open, the worker came to me and said please dont taste it. How stupid their remark! Your product already open and damage and she want me not to open. Did you see and check your store before you say it to customer. How stupid the worker is. Your shop looks like pled mark and their act like they are high branded. So sad for you!

Ordered 4 items from TK Maxx.Collected from our local store.Love that you can buy Designer & Branded items at very reasonable prices. On this order I ordered 3 pack of Christmas wrapping paper, some scented reeds,A lovely Candle for the Christmas dinner table, Branded Christmas cards.I spent £34.00. Other retailers would of charged at least £20.00 + more! I always buy Christmas items from TK Maxx website.Highly recommend!

Every time I visit a store (usually Craigleith, Hermison Gait or Straiton in Edinburgh), the staff are incredibly helpful, always pleasant to speak with and a pleasure

I love TK Max but just recently I noticed two tags on the clothing abd of course I was charged the greater amount so be aware when paying abd ask which tag they'll honour. They told me to come back for the refund but its not worth driving back as its far from where I live

purchased this item from TK Maxx in New Cross Gate two or three months ago for just £8. There were a few different shapes available, and I really liked the design.

I always check product descriptions carefully before buying anything whether it's food, drinks, clothes, or other items. This product is MADE IN CHINA, which made me hesitant, but I decided to try it anyway.

Unfortunately, it stopped working in less than six months.

⚠️Be careful with this type of handwash dispenser (they come in a few different shapes). I recommend AVOIDING it both at TK Maxx and anywhere else it might be sold.

I had an issue with DHL delivery courier failed to deliver the parcel, i was conected via online chat with english speaking agent Marcella, she did a grate job explaining what is with the order and how we can proceed with solving the issue, thank you appreciate it, was very stressed.

i know i was in the wrong but it was the way the member of staff dealt with it and the way she look at me after. i was in a rush and had just paid saw something else i needed so i asked if i could quickly pay she looked me up and down and said very bluntly "the line starts at the back" i said I'm in a hurry please i wont take long and she simply turned her back and served another costumer. now i know i should have gone to the back of the line but i was in a rush and the way she looked me up and down was diabolical. i am very upset and i can understand she may have had a busy day but that is not someway to look at someone.

I love TK Max and Home Sense. Products and prices are amazing. However the price labels on some products are so difficult to remove leaving sticky residue. I cannot be the only person to have experienced this.
