This whole operation is a scam - my wife purchased some product and we keep getting monthly orders - I have sent several emails - and no response - we are in our 80's and i have cancelled several credit cards - some one at this place is evil - and needs to go to jail -
Fast forward - I get an email cancelling our orders - I guess Trust Pilot got thier attention - but i still think this a terrible company

If I could give this company a negative review, I would. I ordered once and somehow I was on a “subscription”. When I wrote to the company at least 3 times, I never received any response. There (conveniently) is no phone number. I would not give my pet anything that comes from this company.

Do not order from this company!They automatically set you up on a subscription and they don't respond when you want to make a return. They send out a blanket email without every givng the return information!

I was just about to order the Healthy Petz Premium Liquid Collagen but at the last moment i decided to check all their pictures through a AI PICTURE DETECTOR ...... Not one of the pictures came out as REAL ..... I thought i would give them the benefit of the doubt and checked with another 4 AI IMAGE DETECTORS .... They all said the pictures WERE 70 - 85% AI GENERATED !!! So i'm afraid i am not parting with my money !!!!!

Bought the product which took a long time to arrive. I requested money back as per their guarantee and no response after 5 trys! I would not recommend at all.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! SCAM!! I ordered 3 bottles. It took 3 weeks to arrive. It said it was shipped the same day I ordered it. It took 2 weeks to arrive in Illinois, which I believe it was shipped from overseas since it wasn't showing the tracking from where it started from to where it was going to in Illinois. It took 1 more week to ship from Illinois to my house. It also had Kelly Chen as the sender from Elk Grove Village, Illinois. Think this is a MLM, but definitely a scam. I also saw that I was subscribed to receive 3 bottles every month. I was able to unsubscribe from that subscription. I gave my dog the drops of liquid on their food. My dog started having diarrhea after a few days, and my dog didnt really like eating the food that had the liquid on it. I stopped using this product. I contacted the company by email, which is the only way to can contact them. Their website says they will refund the payment, minus the shipping cost if not satisfied, no questions asked. Must notify them within 60 days of purchase. It also said that refund would be within 5-10 days of email. No response to my email. I emailed them again 5 days later with no response. No refund. Called my credit card to file complaint and attempt to get refund. They reached out to this company and are attempting to do a charge back. I got an email from Healthy Petz saying they were unaware of my issue, and a charge back hurts their business. I wouldn't have done this if the company would have responded to my emails and issued a refund in the first place. Definitely, not responding to this company again. Still waiting for my credit card to help with this.

i last night ordered a couple of bottles but when i placed the order i straight away canceled it as i noticed that it was a subscription i did this within the hour of ordering and have noticed this morning that it is on its way i did get a email to say my subscription is canceled and i have sent them a email for them to confirm my order cancelled and for me to get a refund i hope i get an email back saying that it has been canceled dont want an y more m only taken out dont know what else to do do not buy from them

I ordered one collagen product online, no idea that it was a subscription order. I still have that item not all used up. That company has since charged twice to my credit card & sent product that I do not want. I have emailed their support several times with no response. Im concerned as to how to stop it. There is no contact number online. There is no paperwork or company details on the package. No label on package or instructions. I dont want more products, how can I stop it??. I could cancel my credit card but would prefer not to do that. What can I do? It looks like they send & charge an order every month. I now have 3! Please help!

Auto enrolled my wife in a subscription(did not choose or want). No reply to 6 emails and no contact phone #. Wife has to cancel and get new card to stop thieves from extracting more money from us. RETURNS?!?!?!?! How are you going to return something to someone you CANNOT contact? CAVEAT EMPTOR! You have been warned.

Package was mailed to me from someone's home address - not sure if this is like, a MLM or some sort of re-seller product. Packaging had many errors on it - just based on that alone I wasn't giving this to my dogs. I got a refund when requested but not right away - I had to dispute the charge with my credit card and then 2 days later I got a notification that I was refunded - nothing from the company though, just a refund notice. Definitely wouldn't trust this product at all.

Should be out of business. Biggest scam online. They billed me, took my money in quick fashion, and never sent me the product.

I originally wanted to have faith in this product, I ordered 3 bottles as a one time purchase to try. The order took over 3 weeks, in the mean time I kept getting advertisement emails from them on almost a daily basis. When tracking was updated, it showed finally the shipment was in my city. Then the so called tracking said that it was delivered to my address at 4:AM!!, There isn't any postal service or delivery service that delivers at 4:AM. I reached out to healthy petz, by email because they do not have a phone number to contact them directly. This was a red flag, I should have know there would be a problem. Finally after several days and mostly because I threaten to contact the Better Business Bureau, which I may still do just for the principle of it, I received a reply that they would research the delivery. I waited several more days and the reply was for a partial refund of a product that I never received. They said that their refund policy was in the fine print. At no point did they offer to resend the product that I paid for, which they lost. They said that they are a legitimate business, but I've been in retail for over 35 years and any real business would have corrected the error. They didn't even try, making me think that there are other customers that lost half of their money because of the "fine Print" and lack of delivery. My advise, seek else where when purchasing for you pup. Ernie L.

This company is a scam. Product first off does not work. Was signed up for a subscription when didn't ask for one and then sent bottles less than a month apart. Site would not cancel. And took several email to get their attention.

Been looking for a medication to treat yeast infections, hair loss , scratching and ear infections for a year. Found the collagen drops online and read some positive reviews. Contacted the seller and found the first red flag. Pricing is all over the place. First price I saw was " $26.00 per bottle ( didn't specify U.S. Dollars or AU dollars). Shipping Free for orders over $50 On the same ad I also found "Three bottles for $86 and a fourth bottle for free." I put that offer in my cart and went to the checkout to find the price was now $107 for three bottles plus shipping . ( No mention of the fourth bottle). Shipping would then cost $42.00 making a total of $149.00, discounted from $ 175.00. Are you confused yet? I am.

I ordered the HealthyPetz collagen on 5/21/26. Two weeks later the tracking info showed that it had shipped, but no estimate on delivery date. I contacted the company via their email, no reply. One week later it had been 'delivered' to a post office in Philadelphia for further delivery. I live in San Diego. I contacted the company via email, again no response. I continued to attempt to contact them three more times, no reply. Finally their 'tracking' email said it had been delivered on 6/16/26. It was not, or if it was it was not delivered to my address. This company is a SCAM. I also received an email saying I had been set up for auto ship monthly. I did get to cancel that. I will now be contacting my credit card company to freeze the payment and flag the company in case they try to charge me again.

Company is a scam. Offers money back guarantee but you can't reach them. They only offer an email to contact and never answer. Tried 5 times to get money back before contacting credit card company.
