I paid £60 for a pair of Kickers boots I could find nowhere else. This was months ago. I have contacted them 3 times with no reply. I am now writing off my £60. I should have read reviews first but did not. I feel they sell products they do not have in stock. Will never use them again.

For more than half a year they have not returned my money for an accepted complaint. I sent the shoes back and have not received a refund!!

I was very apprehensive about using this website after I read so many negative opinions but my experience was excellent! It was the only place I could find the shoes I was looking for and on top of that they very reasonably priced comparing to other websites and I got them delivered after 3 days. I highly recommend Sarenza!

Je n'ai pas pu les récupérer, alors Sarenza les a fait retourner et m'a remboursé. Maintenant, ils me menacent de litige et d'une agence de recouvrement, disant que je leur dois l'argent, même si j'ai une preuve écrite et que je n'ai jamais reçu les chaussures. Ils ignorent tout et continuent avec les menaces. Vile.

SCAMMERS AND THIEVES! BEWARE! I ordered shoes which were never delivered to my address, but to a collection point. I could not collect them, so Sarenza had them returned and refunded me. Now, they are threatening me with litigation and a collection agency, saying I owe them the money, even though I have written proof and have never received the shoes. They ignore everything and continue with threats. Vile.

They Keep spamming my mailbox with a news letter that I didn’t sign up for! Now they sent me additional mails on how to cancel the news mail… However, when I click the link it doesn’t allow me to unsubscribe. Stay away from this site!

If I could only give you ZERO STAR! Worst shopping experience ever. Bought 3 pairs of shoes and sandals 2 weeks ago. They wanted me to verify the order. After some days they got back to me saying that it was now verified and was about to be shipped. 2 weeks later: nothing! No notice. Impossible to get through to costumer service for many days. Finally they told me the order had been cancelled. But now they wanted to reorder for me. No thanks and goodbye!

Items you want to buy registered in basket but disappear when paying if someone else wants the same items. So unprofessional and would absolutely not recommend

I was trying to return my order but accidentally I saw that I got to pay for my return. I bought the same package twice because my network went down so f*** you and your f****** website I recommend you to not buy from this site if you need to return your order 🤬🤗 and it says 100 days free return nope f*** you Sarenza

I used to like sarenza and ordered shoes regularly. Last time, I ordered shoes, something gone wrong in their payment system which made me enter payment details twice. Ended up getting two of the same thing. Tried to cancel one immediately and they said they can't do it. Tried to return one back and asked them to at least reimburse me for the shipment of the second item, they also said no. This would never happen with amazon, zalando, and other online retailers, etc... I am not shopping from them again. They just lost a loyal customer for 5 euros...

Very bad packaging and late delievery. Ordered a VeroModa dress that showed made in Spain but was actually made in China as per the label. This website is as untrustworthy as China made items. I cant believe I paid 45 € for a cheap paper dress.

Ordered sandals that broke down within one month asked for a refund. Customer services never responding

Ordered sandals May 16, 2020, still have not received my order. Requested refund have not received refund.

Horrible service - still waiting after 2 months. They take your money and don’t deliver anything. What a scam.

Ordered sandals back in Late May and have never received them. The tracking always said in transit for weeks/months on end. When checking again notification said delivered which they never were.
I emailed them once in July and explained my situation and their answer was how sorry they were and reminded me that I couldn’t get my money back unless I sent the sandals back to them. Can’t return what you never received. Caveat Emptor ( buyer beware ) as far as I’m concerned this company is a scam. Do not order from them.
Update the sandals arrived 09/01/20 excellent sandals, comfortable as advertised.
Lesson learned check reviews before ordering.

I ordered and paid for sandals on June 01. I got nothing. The company told me to check the US Postal Service. It is now August 20. I got nothing and the company tracking system says they were delivered. I got nothing. This company is a scam and the gang working there are criminals!

Ordered sandals on June 16, 2020. Got co formation that they are ready
To be shipped and a tracking number. Have not been shipped and it is now August 16, 2020. No response to emails about getting a refund. Where else can I report this scam?

Because the sandals I ordered took so long to get here , I thought I was getting scammed, that the company was a big RIP off. But it is not. It actually does exist. My sandals finally came and they are very comfortable. I'm glad I ordered them in June because they are now sold out. Worth the wait.

I ordered sandals June 02, 2020 have not received them as of July 25, I canceled the order and have not received confirmation yet.

ordered sandals E-mail said they were shipped June 21st. Never received and tracking number was not real
