I don’t recommend buying in Stil-laden
I don’t recommend buying in Stil-laden. The entire process is complicated. Initially, the order took more than a week to arrive. Only after I wrote to the support they sent my items. The package arrived in bad very condition. Only half of my order was delivered. I have been trying to return the item, but they don’t provide a return package. Now I have to pay the shipping costs (about 10eur from German to Austria). I am ok paying that, but after several emails to the support, I still don’t get a return label so I don’t know how to return the item.
