I received the parcel a month late. Once I made Grube attend of the problem they quickly rectified it.

Drei Wochen zwischen Bestellung und Zustellung sind zu lange, das sehen wir auch so – Standardversand hin oder her. Schön, dass unser Kundenservice die Sache dann rasch für Sie klären konnte, sobald Sie sich gemeldet haben. Dass Sie überhaupt aktiv werden mussten, damit sich bei uns jemand kümmert, gehen wir uns intern genauer an, damit wir bei Verzögerungen künftig von uns aus informieren.
