Une commande qui n'arrive pas à cause d'une erreur sur le site.
Une adresse pour une société qui à changé de dénomination social et le colis ne peut pas être délivré…
De la c'est la galère je n'arrive pas à leur faire entendre raison malgré les différents échange en leur expliquant que sur le site la société est est mal référencé.
Il faut juste dans la livraison qu'il change la dénomination social ou modifié l'adresse pour le centre de montage choisi qui a changé d'adresse et qui n'est pas prise en compte sur le site.
Le colis est livré et retourné systématiquement au dépôt transporteur, pneu Online redéclenche la livraison et comme ça sa tourne en boucle.
Quand tout va bien c'est génial mais un grain de sable dans le rouage et c'est la misère.
Les oreilles se ferment, les échanges sont néant et tout est bloqué pour quand même un total de 370€.
Je demande maintenant l'annulation de la commande et le remboursement et c'est le néant plus personne.
Je suis très très mécontent.

The package is delivered and systematically returned to the carrier depot; Pneu Online triggers the delivery again and, as a result, it loops.

My ears are closing, the exchanges are nil and everything is blocked for a total of 370€.
I am now asking for the cancellation of the order and the refund, and it’s nothing, no one left.
I am very, very unhappy.

Very disappointing purchase – mismatched and older tyres

I bought two new tyres expecting a matching pair, but received tyres with different production years (DOT 2022 and DOT 2023). One of them was already several years old, which was not clearly communicated at the time of purchase.

When I contacted customer service, I was told this is acceptable under their terms and conditions. Based on this, it seems the company supplies tyres from older stock even when customers order a pair.

The return process was slow, unclear and unnecessarily complicated, with inconsistent information and long delays throughout.

Eventually, I was informed that returning the tyres would cost £45 per tyre, which makes the return economically unreasonable.

I am also concerned about the long-term condition of older tyres, as ageing rubber may lead to issues such as cracking or balancing problems.

Based on this experience, I would not recommend this seller and would advise others to check DOT dates carefully before buying.

Violation flagrante des droits des consommateurs. Le vendeur a refusé de me rembourser ma commande de 496 €, m'a imposé des frais de retour exorbitants de 108 € et a tenté de se décharger de sa responsabilité sur son propre transporteur. Malgré plusieurs messages, aucune solution ni remboursement n'ont été obtenus. Ce comportement contrevient aux articles L.221_15 et L.221.23 du Code de la consommation. Je vous recommande vivement la plus grande prudence.

Attention, consommateurs ! Il s'agit d'une entreprise frauduleuse.

A clear violation of consumer rights. The seller refused to refund my order Euro 496, imposed disproportionate return fees Euro 108, and tried to shift responsibility for their own transport provider. After several messages, no solution and no refund. This behaviour contradicts articles L.221_15 and L.221.23 of the French Consumer Code. I strongly advise caution.
Take care customers THEY ARE SCAM company.

Lack of accountability. False statement on email saying that tyres are delivered, even when they arent since almost month.
Customer service ticket responded to by after more than a week.
I would never do business with them again. EVER!

Ordered tyres online.
Was notified that the tyres could be picked up at a specific address.
The tyres could not be picked up at the given address as there was no company there.
Phoned customer support and they gave me a new address.
A company existed at the new address but they had no tyres for me.
Customer support could not tell where my tyres had been delivered.
When I asked to cancel my order the company told me that it was not possible.
Also the company had no address or telephone number for the place where the tyres were.
A very confusing experience.
Not a trustworthy supplier.

J'ai commandé des pneus en ligne.
On m'a informé que les pneus pouvaient être récupérés à une adresse spécifique.
Les pneus n'ont pas pu être récupérés à l'adresse indiquée, car il n'y avait aucune entreprise à cet endroit.
J'ai appelé le service clientèle et ils m'ont donné une nouvelle adresse.
Une entreprise existait à la nouvelle adresse, mais ils n'avaient pas mes pneus.
Le service client n'a pas pu me dire où mes pneus avaient été livrés.
Lorsque j'ai demandé à annuler ma commande, l'entreprise m'a répondu que ce n'était pas possible.
De plus, l'entreprise n'avait ni adresse ni numéro de téléphone pour l'endroit où se trouvaient les pneus.
Une expérience très déroutante.
Ce n'est pas un fournisseur fiable.

Ordered tyres on the 22nd October and they arrived on the 28th. I immediately filled in their return form because I had the wrong size requesting an exchange and got an auto response. Replied with the information requested and heard nothing.
Since then I’ve whatsapped them numerous times with only auto response back. Emailed them loads of times with no response at all.
I accept that it’s my fault I have the wrong size and understand the cost of €20 per tyre to return them but the complete lack of service leaves me stuck with two tyres which are too wide.
Ordering is simple and and delivery is good but after sales service is awful!
Buyer beware!

UPDATE: After posting this review, I got an email from Pneus Online within 15 minutes assuring me that they would collect the tyres on the 6th of November. They didn't turn up so I'm back to chasing them for a return.

Friendly and efficient service from Pneus on line and King Pneus in Cahor.

Do not use them, bought 4 tyres and only got 2 tyres delivered, the other 2 are in Poland for more than 7 days and I got not an answer from them, I didn’t buy it from GLS, i bought from pneus online, so it is their duty to sort it out.

Very quick to respond and deliver ,excellent would reccommend.

The company does not refund customers even when goods are within their disposal such as warehouse, transit center or supply chain with assigned suppliers of distribution. Our track nr 0962211878955440 states on 3 different occasions during almost 10 days that goods will be distributed and suddenly it will always be a follow up messages of a major incident.
Do not execute prepaid orders to Pneus Online, it is scam. Request for a third part for a transaction as KLARNA so you only pay when the goods are delivered and qualified.
Do anyone know who the general manger is of Pneus Online so please notice us customers on Pilot Trust, so we can get in touch with responsible person.
Pneus Online has terrible support services. The Company do not refund for the goods that was prepaid and not delivered.

The company do not deliver prepaid goods according with 3 to 5 working days. The Company supply customers with default address and phone numbers and the company has no clue where goods are within their supply chain. Company has yet not refunded even if the custom supports stated by phone that the Company will refund. Do not pay in advance and be prepared they will information with contradiction messages such as that goods are at the ware house, it will be delivered and suddenly change to a message it is a incident, it goes on and on with different messages everytime you try follow goods by the Company´s tracker system. Do not order, do not excute prepaid orders.

Very bad quality ! Ovation VI 386 HP 255/50 R20 109 V XL , Feel like I got ripped off . Two garage places told me that they will last only one summer since the wear quick , its been only two month I got them and I dont drive much . I really don't recommend them
