As a returning customer, I keep coming back because they always deliver. Buying instruments online can be tricky, but this shop makes it effortless. The guitar arrived quickly, was packed carefully to protect it in transit, and was accurately described down to the last detail. Highly recommend!

This is a terrible business. The man by the name oh Joel Hendrix is insane. He argues, belittles customers and screams at the customers. I need to speak to corporate in regards to his immature unprofessional disrespectful attitude. This company lied about being able to ship out an item after physical putting it on layaway. Be careful as you purchase anything with them. I have been on hold for a long time all because the manager just hung up on me. I will wait to prove to the Corp that this man Joel is evil and needs to be removed.... I just spoke to brent and he again hung up the phone on me.. before he ended the phone call he said his manager told him to end the phone call. I just called again spoke to Joel and he again hung up. I need to speak corp because this company is representing this company extremely poorly. What kind of people work at this location. Wow this is extremely sad they Do Not value their business nor their customers.....

I had a really poor experience with the manager at the Pawn America in Burnsville. I came in with a simple question and was met with a dismissive, rude attitude. Short answers, no effort to actually help, made me feel like I was bothering him. Customer service should be the bare minimum for a manager and it was completely lacking here. I've had better experiences at other locations, but I won't be coming back to this one. The manager name is Patrick and Austin. They escalated a situation that was uncalled for I’ve been here many times and never had an issue before but today was really strange and honestly felt like he might of been under the influence of some sort of substance. I’m really concerned for the manager he definitely needs help or proper training with customers services.
