Absolute scam. Both the on-site payment machine and their mobile app were completely broken when I tried to park. I managed to pay online shortly after, but i was still issued a fine. I tried contacting customer support to explain the technical failure, but I was completely ignored. I ended up having to pay twice just to stop the fine from escalating. Appalling customer service and broken infrastructure—you will end up paying for their system failures. Avoid parking here if you can!

Even when provided them with enough proof to clear my case and after reduction coming from Baguette branch they still need 37€ fine to cover their costs...

Criminal actions for criminal organisation who claims fines long after date of issue so people can nearly never object anymore (abroad or tickets thrown away).

This fine could have been sent to us the next day if they claim that everything goes automatically without peoples involved... but no they sent it 6 weeks later !

I don't recommend

I'm going once in a year to the beautiful city of Aachen doing some shopping and grocery because it's cheaper than in my own county. They just sent me a bill of 50 euros for exceeding the parking time at the aldi (Schillerstasse). This happened 2 and a half year ago ! I'm not going to pay obviously and I'm going to complain.

This company should not receive any star, they just took your photo,make up the story and fine you.
