Har bara positivt att säga om Parfym.se

Min leverans blev " misshandlad" av leverantören , paketet var helt trasig, men sidan var hål i och den andra sidan sprack helt. Så halva innehållet var borta ...det kan inte vara trevligt att få paket som ser ut så där... Kontaktade Parfym.se med bilder som dokumenterade det som har hänt samt video som visade vad som fanns kvar i paketet vid leverans. Och fick ganska snabb och trevlig , samt i första hand mycket professionell bemötande, full förståelse av situationen - och problemet var löst omgående och mkt professionellt.

Är ytterst nöjd med företaget Parfym.se och deras varor är ÄKTA - vill påpeka det också (!)

Kommer absolut att rekommendera dem till andra och kommer absolut att beställa mer själv - då deras varor har BÄSTA och LÄGSTA pris i handeln, man hittar varor som inte finns på andra sidor, samt servicenivån är mkt hög !

My delivery was "mistreated" by the supplier, the package was completely broken, one side had a hole in it and the other side was completely cracked. So half the contents were gone ... it can't be nice to receive a package that looks like that ...

Contacted Parfym.se with pictures that documented what had happened and a video that showed what was left inside the package upon delivery. And received a fairly quick and pleasant, and first of all very professional treatment, full understanding of the situation - and the problem was resolved immediately and very professionally.

I am extremely satisfied with the company Parfym.se and their goods are AUTHENTIC - I want to point that out too (!) Will definitely recommend them to others and will definitely order more myself - as their goods have the BEST and LOWEST prices in the trade, you can find goods that are not available on other sites, and the service level is very high!

I reported a defective perfume refill that had leaked most of its contents, resulting in a loss of about 5 ml perfume (approx. 150 SEK). Instead of taking responsibility, Parfym.se gave me a lecture on how they “have the right” to demand further proof, adding that the refund would only be made “as goodwill” since the item “was not expensive.”

They also claimed I had not “proven” the defect – an unreasonable stance, since a slow leak cannot be filmed in real time. I paid for a faulty product and lost additional value due to the spill.

Under the Swedish Consumer Sales Act (Konsumentköplagen 2022:260), a refund for a faulty item is a legal obligation, not a matter of goodwill. The company’s response was dismissive and unprofessional.

I strongly advise consumers to avoid this retailer if product defects are at all possible – their handling was both disrespectful and inconsistent with consumer law.

Customer service is terrible. I am not able to return a scent that does not smell the same as I have had. Customer service told me it smells different due to the different batch but it should not smell that much different. I do not recommend to shop here!
