Damaged Item, limited return options
I ordered two Rituals shows oils. One arrived damaged, likely done in transit. These are to make up part of a gift, so I wanted to return the broken item, however the returns process only gave me to option to return both, which I don’t want to do as the unbroken one is part of a gift.
