Fast delivery, beautiful Venezianico arrived intact and well-packaged. Faster than I expected.

I ordered a watch from this shop, paid in full at checkout, with delivery promised in 3-5 days. A week later, the order still hadn't even shipped, and the status simply hadn't changed at all — no update, no notification, nothing.

I had to reach out myself to ask what was going on. Only then did I get a reply, and it turned out the item wouldn't actually be available for another 4-6 weeks. This was never mentioned upfront — I only found out because I chased them for an update.

From there, every email exchange took around 3 days to get a reply, and each reply was a vague general update with no real answer. I asked clearly, multiple times, for either a real shipping date or a full cancellation and refund. I never got a straight answer to either.

This watch was bought as a gift. Now I have no gift and no money — for two full weeks, the company made no attempt to help, fix the situation, or even offer basic reassurance. Eventually they stopped responding altogether.

I had to escalate to my bank and file a chargeback to get my money back, since the company was unwilling or unable to resolve this directly.

If you're ordering here, don't trust the delivery estimate at checkout, and don't expect proactive updates if something goes wrong — you'll have to chase them yourself, and even then, don't expect a real answer.

This is what happened. And always the same thing with UPS.

Just to fill you in. First I got an email instructing me to go to
AGORA LOCKER - OLYMPIA HARBOUR.
I walked there with proper ID. But that did'nt work out. Checked my phone and realised that you had sent me an SMS to another pickup-point. Simultaneously with the e-mail. I walked to the second pickup-point where I ,after negotiating a good 10 minutes with the lady at the cashier, got my parcel.
So this endeavour took me 45 minutes instead of the 15 it would hade taken, had I gotten the correct information from you in the first place.

Best price compared to the other websites, delivery was fast.

One hiccup would be that it was sent to another pickup location than I originally selected, but that was just a 5 minute extra drive so no issue. And this was most likley on UPS's end not the stores.

I recently bought a dark green watch from here that I upon unboxing thought was black. I reached out to support and got a response in less than 2 hours. Turns out the lighting conditions where I unboxed the watch wasn't favourable and it was indeed the correct colour.

Excellent price, excellent delivery time and excellent customer service. This is my 3rd watch from laatukellot and I will definitely order more in the future!

Good prices, great communication and reliable shop

Very nice shop. Good prices and fast delivery. My only complaint is that they have recently changed their shipping method to UPS which is terrible in Finland. And no shipping information was provided.

The order and payment were quite easy. Everything well well, except maybe you need to update of the tracking system. It wasn't quite real-time before reaching country of destination.

This was the first time I've ordered from Laatukellot and I found them very quick and effecient. There were no problems and I received my order in a week. I would absolutely order from them again.

It was very frustrating and disappointing,because it’s been a month and a half since I ordered and until now I didn’t receive the watch yet😢😢😢

Totally deceitful (borderline scam) company. I'll be sure to spread the word any way I can and everywhere I can. Price was significantly dropped without any mention that the watch has a scratch. On their website it says the price was 181 euros, but now it's 75 euros (a 59% discount). I didn't realize that the scratch on the watch was the reason for the considerable discount. Waited 2 weeks to receive the watch, which had a scratch. They told me it's okay to return it, but this is where the scam comes in. They know that by now you're so worn out and tired, and with such a low price it's not worth the time or hassle to return it. So I told them I will keep it, but I want to buy another scratch-free watch, but I don't want to endure the disappointment and frustration of waiting another 2 weeks only to find out that the next watch is also scratched. I repeatedly asked them, was the scratch the reason for the discount? They stopped answering me. Not only do they take a full day to respond, but they also constantly evade your questions. They never answered that question, and when I expressed how aggravated I was becoming with the way they were treating me, they ignored me completely and stopped responding. This is extremely rude and unprofessional. Well you asked for it. This could've been a great positive review. But now people are going to learn the truth about this company.

Update:
Finally got a response by email (quelle surprise), and we've agreed that I will keep this watch and order another. If the other one arrives scratch-free then I will change this review to a 5-star and a positive review.

The watch arrived on time. Everything went well.

At least 3 times longer delivery time as promised
