Horrible experience. I asked to see my contract so I would know when I should cancel it (since they stupidly renew it monthly!!) they never got back to me. Took my money and costed me too much money for cancellation. They never answer you properly when you want to cancel! Moreover, they don't even reply at all. Please avoid this gym, has no benefits and they especially take advantage of foreign students.

Easy going fitness club. Not that many equipment but it does the trick. In my opinion there is not enough dumbbell on the small size as they are usually used for the class or when you want to use their app downstairs. It is nearly impossible to book a class even when you look right after they have been posted....otherwise it is clean.

I recently moved to Paris and discovered this gym, and I have to say it's the best I've experienced in Europe! The team is incredibly welcoming and always smiling, creating a great atmosphere. They say that you can cancel a subscription by email but then never reply. They make it easy to sign up online though. Must be why their gyms are so overcrowded!

In January the monthly pay was withdrawn three times!
It’s been two weeks now and the money they took too much is still not sent back.
Already second time in 6 months that they messed up with it.
Last time they tried to slip 5€ more in August that got reimbursed after I complained.
Inexcusable!
