Bought online and they made a mistake…
Bought online and they made a mistake with the order (put the wrong item). Went phisically to the shop in Vejle to correct it and not even a word "sorry" just "aha" and gave me the correct shirt.
I am not putting less score because its not first time I am buying from this store and all other times it went well and service was good.

First of all, I am very sorry that we have sent you the wrong item. This was a mistake made at our warehouse and I am happy, that you've had the problem solved in out store in Vejle.
It's very regrettable that the sales person in Vejle did not apologize for the mistake, althoung I am sure he was very sorry but instead focused on solving the issue.
