Absolutely rubbish service- 2 weeks in and my order hasn’t even been sent yet. Will never order from them again. Extremely poor customer service/non-existent.

If I could rate the blouse I have received it would be no stars. Inferior quality material, cheap looking, pulled threads, and stitching that doesn’t match….absolute trash!!
Ordered a top on Tuesday and realised I had ordered the wrong size contacted them straight away to see if they could change order to my correct size was told no nothing they could do will now have to pay to send it back plus have just received an email to confirm my order so why could they not change the order for me ?
At first I was very impressed with the fabrics. The patterns and colors are a bit questionable. But the quality of the clothes is absolutely bad! Wash once and the fabric comes off several items of clothing. With the first item I thought "yes, it can happen that there is a faulty product". You can't return anything. But that happened to almost all of the clothes. Really miserable for these prices.
