Just returned from Seefeld, staying at the Seefelderholf hotel. The whole experience has been excellent. The hotel is clean, the staff are very friendly and the food is delicious. The resort rep is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. All the walks are fantastically signed and getting lost is really not possible! Free bus travel in the surrounding area and trains locally was great to get about. Would throughly recommend you won’t be disappointed.

Have used Inghams a few times over the years and have always found them extremely reliable and efficient. One of our most enjoyable and memorable holidays was provided by them. If you phone them, they are super-helpful and patient in finding what you need. Everything they say will be done is done. I would highly recommend them.

Excellent walking holiday in the Dolomites at Hotel Pozzamanigoni. Our Inghams rep, Gabby, was so helpful & provided daily information on walks, weather forecast & local events. The hotel was amazing & there's nothing I would change about our week away!

The Inghams rep took a personal interest in what we wanted to do and found exactly what we wanted. The hotel was excellent. We have had many holdiays with Inghams and every one has been great.

Excellent service from before travelling to arrival and invaluable local knowledge from the rep to give you the holiday you want from an action packed holiday or the opportunity to relax and just enjoy the scenery.

Canazei Dolomites, Hotel Perla. We booked single rooms, which was tricky and took a while for the booking team to sort, also lots of chasing on my part, I was also advised not to book the 6 rooms available until the remaining 2 rooms of the allocation was confirmed which was to say the least frustrating and did cost more . The journey's were trouble free, Hotel Perla was really great and overdelivered on expectations, although rooms are adequate, the rooms on the front are noisy and over look the road, So make sure you ask for a back room with views. The staff are fantastic and the food and bar service was excellent as was the Spa facilities. The Guide for the guided walks was brilliant and we enjoyed out days with him. The area has a vast array of walks for all levels and is well connected with buses and lifts. Definitely an area to revisit
Walks - To improve on this Inghams provided texts daily however descriptions of walks have been edited compared to what the guide provided them and miss some key points out , it would be a better customer experience to suggest down loading 'All trails' and or 'Outdoor active ' maps app and offer GPX downloads for the Self guided walks . This was not an issue for us as we are an experienced group, but may affect other peoples enjoyment and confidence.

Excellent advice and help with our initial booking. Good communication prior to the hotel and an excellent quality of hotel in the resort.

This is our second year of travelling with Inghams. Service from start to finish was excellent. Love that you have access to a rep with local knowledge prior to your holiday starting which helps plan any activities in advance. If you are able to use the deal, the 1 x child flies free with every paying adult also a benefit but appreciate this only applies to certain airports and destinations.

We’ve just got back from our summer holiday in Zell am See and had a fantastic experience with Inghams. The team were really friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, offering great advice and suggestions throughout our stay and always being on hand whenever we needed anything.

The hotel was great and we absolutely loved the area. There was so much to see and do, and swimming in the lake and hiring a boat were definite highlights of the holiday. We had a brilliant time and would definitely recommend Inghams for a summer holiday in Zell am See.

Just returned from a weeks holiday in Hinterglem, experience from booking to arriving in the resort was excellent.
Stayed at the Alpin Juwel, really pleased with the resort and hotel.
Facilities and food at the hotel were excellent, as a family of three we’ve enjoyed walking, MTB, high ropes, swimming in lake Zell.

Would we return and book via Ingram’s, most definitely.

This was our first time using Inghams on a recommendation, and one of the best holidays we've ever had. The package offered by Inghams was really competitive and actually much better than other styles of summer holiday. Just returned from a visit to Corvara. Stopping at the Sporthotel Panorama. Exceptional service all round. Patricia our Inghams contact was brilliant and the staff at the hotel were great too. Certainly recommend both.

Have booked with Inghams for over 15 years, for both walking and ski holidays. Customer support when booking is always great, with call operators always super helpful and clearly knowledgable about resorts.
Support in resort is next-to-none - with daily hotel visits if required and great guided walking options included.
Cannot rate Inghams highly enough.

I recently returned from a weeks hiking in Mayrhofen, Austria as part of a group of 5 seniors guys. A great week was spent in the Spass hotel, good facilities, great food and service, friendly staff and very well maintained throughout. From the Inghams side the airport transfers and welcome were very effective . The first day 1 hour town tour was especially useful, run by the local rep Rob who was simply excellent all week. We pre-booked two guided walks, these were probably the best part of the week mainly due to our guide Sylvia who led both walks. We also did the weekly Ingham quiz which was good fun and recommended. The Whatapp information group also worked well in terms of ideas and important announcements. The overall approach from Inghams is 'light touch' , there are additional trips/activities available but you do NOT have to partake. For the majority of the week we planned our own walks and activities knowing Rob was contactable in case we needed to discuss anything. Overall I was very impressed with the Inghams experience.

An enjoyable holiday in the Swiss Alps. The arrangements were first class and the hotel exactly as described. On-site support was available, although we did not need it. We would travel with Inghams again.
