It is a really beautiful site that brings satisfactory and quality results. Only that very often the cost of AI models varies, from costing little to costing a lot. Also, sometimes I have access probl... See more

ImagineArt is essentially the Expedia of AI image generation. All the subscription fee gets you is access to a lot of ads and upsells and then you get to pay again to actually create images using existing systems, like chatgpt2 and nanobanana.
Silly me, I didn't know that when I paid for the subscription I'd have to actually spend more money to create the images.
Yes, they give you so many credits per month, though you pay for a year's worth upfront but you can go through them really quickly and then you have to buy more -if you don't want to have to wait until the next month to access your next ration.
This was not explained to me when I purchased the subscription.
Nevertheless, I tried to make it work. I spent several hours watching tutorials and struggling with their highly complicated interface where you're constantly bombarded with more ads and upsells, and burned up all of my allotted credits and had not generated a single useful image. In less than a day.
To continue, I would have had to purchase more credits. This seemed akin to sitting at the slots in Vegas to me so I did the wise thing and cut my losses.
Once I realized I could not afford to use this platform, I reached out to cancel. I sent an email and was self-effacing, saying it wasn't their system, it was me but that if I couldn't get a full refund -having only used the platform for a day - I wanted a partial refund. I was willing to pay for a month --even though I only used it for a day -- but I wanted to be refunded for the 11 months I wasn't going to use. Here's the response:
--Thank you for taking the time to explain what you were hoping to create and I'm truly sorry the platform felt more complicated and costly than you expected. That's genuinely frustrating, and I appreciate you sharing it with me so openly.
I did want to be upfront with you: having reviewed your request against our refund policy, subscription and credit purchases are non-refundable once they've been processed, including the portion already used. For that reason I'm not able to approve a partial refund here, and I'm sorry that isn't the answer you were hoping for.
--More patronizing stuff in the middle --
And if you'd still prefer to cancel, I can guide you through switching off the renewal so you won't be charged again.
Either way, I'm here to help, JN. Just let me know which direction you'd like to go. --
You gotta love their AI for perfecting the most patronizing tone for telling you to politely GFY.
This is the direction I chose --
ImagineArt is a useless middleman. You can sign on directly with any one of the models they use and pay less for image creation. There may be a modicum of convenience that their platform offers, but I didn't pay them for convenience.
An ethical company would refund the unused portion of the subscription. My patronage has not cost them a thing, not even inconvenience. But they sure feel entitled to keep my money because that's their whole business model: separate you from your money with no care about providing a service in exchange for it. American capitalism at its best.
I found Reve helpful and Chatgpt is also quite good. They're both much easier to use and charge you by the image or you can buy a subscription by the month, and cancel any time.
I disputed the charge with my credit card and provided the email string. I can only hope I will get a refund but if I discourage just one person from handing over more money for the privilege of being fleeced every time they sign on to ImagineArt, then I consider it worthwhile.
This is a fraud website. They will take your money and put it on file and when asking to cancel membership, they will say we can downgrade it. If that membership was bought by accident, they are not refunding your money for the duration, which is never used. Don't get caught up with this website. This is the most horror website came accross by far . STAY AWAYY
tooooooop quality, thank you for free credit every day 😍 😍
Easy to generate, everything you need its here avaiable. one clip and task is completed. I have explore the ImageArt only 10%. this platform got lot to discover. enjoying
The $30 plan gave me literally 16 seconds of video generation before it needed to upgrade. There is no transparency on how much credit I'm using and why. This is a business model which is exploiting new users.
For those of us not so tech savy, this is not an easy tool to use. Instructions are written in a way for those that are tech savy.
The best AI plaform than more actually.
"The player performs a powerful bicycle kick, body fully extended in the air, leg swinging powerfully to strike the ball, realistic football motion, dynamic stadium background, smooth cinematic movement"
The sponsored ad lead me to subscribe to this plataform while I was trying to subscribe to higgsfield. I wrote to support to explain this and I offered to pay for one month, I only used 1 day until I realized I was not on higgsfield. Terrible service and company. Not serious, they say they wont return the money, even if I'm willing to pay for 1 month.
The 4 stars is dued.
bought their most expensive plan - there is a lot of bugs, their API does not work, and tokens does not carry over between months. I'd pick a different supplier. I paid 3000usd for a year and I regret it.

Music generator is wonderful, But the website does not flow as well as other AI websites, and if you decide to close your account at any time, they make it as difficult as possible, somersaulting through hoops of fire would be more easy, than closing your account than this website, however full stars for the music generator

Can't even play the first video generation that says free, no credit card needed, but is locked behind a paywall.. ☹️

So in looking for a service to be able to create a number of Text-to-Video clips to uses as Spotify Canvas's etc, I subscribed to their "Ultimate" plan which offers 16K 'credits' to use on the higher-tier models/generators; but Also states "Unlimited Generations" with 'all video models in standard plan', along with Kling 2.6 Pro, Seedance 1.5 Pro, ChatGPT1.5, Google Veo 3.1 Fast, Runway 4.5, ImagineArt 1.5, Wan 2.6, xAI Grok Video etc.
I primarily ended up using Grok, as it was one of the only ones i could find that actually had a toggle switch for 'unlimited' generation (which turns out is limited to about 20 uses per day before it flags up about their Fair Usage Policy) and had an option for an aspect ratio. - I found the initial Seedance generator hallucinated wildly, disregarded the initial reference character model, and cost around 2400 credits per generation meaning i burned through the 16k credits in the first 30 minutes, having to regenerate duff/janky clips before having to hunt and struggle to find any of the ones with 'Unlimited' options. (As typing in and searching the name of the 'included' generators, you get a "Not Found" Message - Turns out they Are in there somewhere if you scroll far enough down on a 'featured' dropdown list.
It is not currently clear as to when the FUP resets as it has now been over 24hours, and it appears that the FUP is across All of the generators, so it is not even like you can hop to a different one and continue developing the project.
There is not even the 'unlimited' Toggle Switch displayed on Seedance, Wan, Runway, Veo or ImagineArt - (and on any that you do manage to pin down that are "included", it will turn itself Off every other time you use it, which means you burn through even more credits)
I am reasonably satisfied with the quality of the majority of generated video clips I was able to create (aside from the ones where i gave it specific prompts and it had its head up its arse) - The only upside seems to be that i had the good sense to only subscribe for one month.
FYI: for anyone looking to create a music video, I had infinitely greater success and efficiency with 'NeuralFrames' would Highly Recommend (competitor to ImagineArt).
