We've been in business now over 20 years and heard a lot of things from customers, but calling delivering by FedEx "scam" is definitely something new... Did you try calling FedEx at the number that you can find on the FedEx.com? Your order was shipped to you with FedEx with tracking number 382330110941. They do not ask customers for debit cards when they deliver packages, did you ask them why they are asking you for it and if you correctly understood them? They might ask for ID when delivering the package, since adult signature is required, and thats probably what they asked you for, but not a debit card...
You can go on a real FedEx website: www.fedex.com, enter this tracking number that we did provide you with at the time we shipped your order, so you knew exactly when to expect it. You can track the real package that was really sent to you: https://www.fedex.com/fedextrack/?trknbr=382330110941&trkqual=2461221000~382330110941~FX and if you really take a little time to do it (less time than it took you to leave this review) you will see that this is a real FedEx tracking number and they really tried to deliver to you 3 times, so it can not be a scam, right? You can not be reimbursed until we receive the item back, if FedEx is not able to deliver the order to the address which you selected. Once the order is returned back to us, you will receive the refund, less shipping fees.
Just for every potential customer who might be reading this review: we do ship packages with signature upon delivery, please arrange for an adult to be home to receive the package once you receive an email with tracking number.

FYI: Itshot.com Affiliate Program: Not Good At All !
I feel an obligation to update the world about the Bogus Affiliate Program, that is supposedly offered at Itshot.com.
1. Their Affiliate Website has not been updated since February 2024.
2. There is No Designated Affiliate Manager, and their program is entirely In-House. This raises a Red Flag, because their is no independent 3rd party to monitor their Affiliate Program.
3. They DO NOT ANSWER AFFILIATE EMAIL QUESTIONS or INQUIRIES.
4. I have yet to find anyone, who has actually received Commissions from this program.
Denis, please remove your Affiliate Program from your website, it is a DISGRACE, and you seem not to care !
Your competitors: Trax NYC & Frost NY, have discontinued their Affiliate Programs and so should you.

We use help desk software and keep track of all inquiries, there has never been any inquiries from Brian Adams which is clearly a made up name and no email was provided for us to look it up further.. So question is what are you trying to achieve and what are you hiding? Nevertheless we will respond to review: it is true that affiliate program is underperforming (to the point management might shut it down) and we always priorities answering inquiries from actual and potential customers who we respond to within 1 business day.
Affiliate responses might take longer, but these inquires are also responded to, unless affiliate sends a million of questions most of which answers can be found in terms of service, such questions will most likely not be responded. As simple as that, again, this in no way affects our customers and in fact is designed, not to waste resources, but keep the company running as efficient as possible and keep our real customers satisfied and taken care of in a timely manner.

Great Rolex from It's Hot jewelry store
I really like the watch from where it go when I saw it advertised, it's exactly what I was looking for at a great price and I've been looking for quite some time.
