really poor
The ordering process was not the easiest, not clear what was included in the product and what not. I had to place a second order for the missing items.
The shipping is even worst than GLS or dpd, no information of the delivery date or the exact location of the item. a simple "underway" and that's it. also the website indicated available in 2 days. it has been a week and i only know that my shipping has been picked up from the warehouse. go to a shop and buy exactly what you need. i ordered online hoping it was fast, it is taking longer than the 3 weeks from the shop.

Product delivery was good. But thats it. Wooden child hut was delivered soaked wet, covered with impregnation solution and partly covered with black mold. On request to exchange parts where the fungi is growing, I was told that there is no mold and if so I could simply grind off the mold and have fun with it. If I purchase a brand new child hut, I do not expect it to be covered with mold and to be told that I can grind off the mold. That`s very poor service.

No article, no money back
I ordered parquet floor which was supposed to be delivered in 2 weeks. After one month I contacted them and they told me it would only be available in 4 months, although they were still advertising a 2 weeks deadline for the same article on their website. I canceled the order, but after 2 weeks I still haven't received my money back, which they took from my credit card on the day of the order! Never buying from them again.

I ordered a shed and the money was taken from my account. After waiting for 8 weeks, I contacted Holzprfi24 to be told it was no longer available. However, on their website they had the exact same shed available for 700€ more with immediated delivery. A positive is that they returned my money, but I still have no shed :(

Great Deal, good wood!!
The delivery went well. The driver helped to unload which was very helpful. The only thing was, Holzprofi24 told me I don't need anyone as helper. So I was very glad that the driver helped us/me. The wood was in general 95%, good wood, without any cracks and the cuts were good. There was from 60 boards, 4 that wasn't in good shape. Because of 4 boards, I don't want to send the shipment back.
Super GREAT price for the wood. Can't beat the price anywhere!!!
