Most horrible experience. I returned the watch (incl. free gifts) as it didn't meet my expectations. Sent the package back with DPD. It took Huawei a month to ack that they got my return. And now the... See more

On my recent visit at
Sharjah Al Zahia city centre huwai showroom regarding software issue, the staff here were uncooperative and checked nothing; it was later resolved by Mr. Hamza at the Huawei counter, Sharaf DG.
Very dissapointed
My parcel was lost and Huawei chose to…
My parcel was lost and Huawei chose to raise an investigation with DPD which would take 14 days rather than sending a new one. This is ridiculous, it would take that long to get my parcel.

Almost Three Months to Receive an Approved Refund – A Very Disappointing Experience with Huawei South Afric
I purchased a Huawei Nova 14 directly from Huawei South Africa's online store in April 2026. What should have been a straightforward customer service matter turned into an almost three-month ordeal that caused unnecessary stress, frustration and inconvenience.
From the day I received the device, I raised my concerns within the applicable return period and followed Huawei's instructions at every stage. Despite this, I was repeatedly referred between Customer Care, the Huawei Online Team, the Huawei Cornubia Service Centre and various members of management.
The biggest disappointment throughout this experience was the lack of communication and accountability. I sent numerous emails to Customer Care and management over almost three months. Many of those emails went unanswered, and when I did receive responses, they were often inconsistent or resulted in further delays. I frequently had to chase Huawei for updates instead of being kept informed about the progress of my case.
My refund was eventually approved, and I was advised that it would be paid into my account. However, even after Huawei provided a written processing timeframe, that deadline passed without payment or any proactive communication. I only discovered there had been a delay because I contacted Customer Care myself. At no stage was I informed in advance that the promised timeframe would not be met.
Throughout this process, I experienced administrative errors, conflicting information and repeated promises that were not honoured. Management, despite being copied on numerous emails over several months, rarely responded directly or provided the leadership needed to resolve the matter promptly.
After exhausting every internal avenue available to me, I had no option but to lodge a formal complaint with the Consumer Goods and Services Ombud (CGSO). It was only after the Ombud became involved that meaningful progress was made and my refund was finally paid.
I appreciate that Huawei ultimately honoured the refund. However, no customer should have to spend almost three months following up on an approved refund, repeatedly chasing updates, escalating to management without meaningful responses, and ultimately seeking assistance from the Ombud to achieve a resolution.
I sincerely hope Huawei reviews its customer service, internal communication and refund processes so that future customers receive the level of service they deserve.
Finally, I would like to thank the Consumer Goods and Services Ombud for their assistance and for providing consumers with an independent avenue to resolve disputes when internal complaint processes fail.
Due to this horrible experience and being a loyal customer since the p8 series, i'll never purchase another Huawei device.
Stay away if you live in the Gulf
Bought Mate X6 in UAE. Aft6er 18 months the screens became unresponsive. Huawei service center established that the phone is full with liquid. Seems the phone is not suitable fro this region and cannot cope with extreme temperatures creating condense water inside. The customer support is awful and stubborn not willing to help for an obvious engineering flow design. I was huge fan of Huawei and own several products which now going in to the garbage as I had enough from bad attitude and ignorance from local staff and management
Huawei Warranty is Useless to me, feel cheated.
UK customer here, purchase Huawei GT6 Pro at Full Retail Price from an authorised retailer in Japan in Feb 2026.
Watch is now faulty with battery not holding charge.
Contacted Huawei Global saying there is a warranty, but I need to return it via the Japanese Retailer.
So, in fact no Global warranty provided and so feel scammed.
It's to expensive for the market as…
It's to expensive for the market as compared to other phones that offer the same function eg 128 gb and 4gb Ram will be double that an ordinary phone of the same specs. Work on the camera design. Even though it captures well we're in 2026 you can do better
Lost the charger case of my earbuds.
Lost the charger case of my earbuds.
To replace them ( which I need to pay for btw so it’s not a freebee) they require serial number.
Serial number which is on the lost case which I need to replace as the headset useless without it.
Email sounds like a brainless robot and bluntly refuses to help without SN…. Utterly awful problem solving or custom service!!!
Good service and products
Have a GT6PRO. What a great piece of kit. The afib detection is great and alerted me to the fact I have this condition. Confirmed by hospital and now on the relevant treatment.
Any questions I've had support have always got back to me promptly.

Thank you to Gaynor from Huawei canal walk for your excellent service you carried out from helping me to choose the correct phone for my needs, to the purchasing and after sales guidance with my phone keep up the great work.
Very disappointing experience.
Very disappointing experience.
I placed my order on 19 May and my parcel containing a smartwatch was lost during delivery. Since then, I have been waiting for a proper resolution, but I still have no refund, replacement, or clear answer.
I was originally told the investigation would take around 6 days, however much more time has now passed and I am still being told to wait for updates from DPD.
As a customer, it is extremely frustrating to be left without both the item and my money for such a long period of time because of issues between the seller and the courier.
The lack of communication and the amount of time this process is taking is honestly unacceptable. I hope this matter will finally be resolved soon.
Recently bought the huawei band 8 pro
Recently bought the huawei band 8 pro. Begining to think why. Not that the watch itself is the problem but I thought this company were a good tech company. But , you can't connect to other apps like my fitness pal, fitbit, Google fit, or if you can you feel like your singing away your life through third party process. And I still can't. Also dosnt come with any basic set up/guide booklet So a little dissapointed, this may just be a temporary watch untill I find another.
When you buy an expensive watch you…
7 days later I get a link to download my data I go through login and verify email and there is no link to download where it goes is a link to request your data again.
When you buy an expensive watch you expect to be able to get your data downloaded but they make you jump through hoops enter password three times verification email SMS three times then password for your download then a message it will be about seven days whilst we verify your identity that is absolutely not what I need for a smart watch it makes it pretty useless. As yet it's still in the waiting period meantime I bought a bp monitor that I can get the data immediately. They have gone crazy I don't even have that level of security for my bank
12 Days Waiting for a Battery – Huawei & mobiletouch are a disgrace
I was a loyal Huawei customer for years and always bought their top flagship models.
Now the battery of my MateBook X Pro (MACHD-WXX9) is worn out after 701 cycles. I simply wanted to buy a replacement battery – no repair, no defect, just the battery.
The response from Huawei Austria (Thomas Gross) was unbelievable:
“Replacement parts for laptops are only available through our service center mobiletouch. Alternatively, you can try to purchase the battery from a third-party supplier.”
In other words: Once the device is sold, customers are forgotten. Huawei doesn’t even offer simple spare parts.
Instead, they expect me to send in my nearly 2,000 € laptop for 12 days just to replace a battery that takes 5 minutes. Insane!
It seems mobiletouch has a monopoly granted by Huawei – an obvious rip-off company. Their employee even laughed at me on the phone and hung up. The Trustpilot reviews speak volumes – they are extremely bad.
This is not customer service. This is pure contempt for loyal customers.
Huawei has completely lost me with this system. My MateBook X Pro will be my last Huawei device.
Awful Customer Service Experience !!
They just don't care when you reach them out either for warranty issues or to direct you to the nearest authorized retail store for some of their products. Quite disappointing experience always.....
Robust and solid technology. Brilliant
I purchased two Huawei P30 pro phones for my partner and I around 5 years ago while the still had access to Google app. Store.
These have by far been the best, most robust and least problematic mobiles I have ever purchased. We are both still using these phones without issue today. The reasons we have not upgraded is because these phones still hold their own today, have been trouble free for years and the camera is brilliant. If only they could still use Google I would never move away from their solid robust technology.
Absolutely brilliant engineering
Don't Trust This As A Phone - Built like a tank, but possesses a mind of its own (and a dirty mouth)
The 2018 Mate 20 Lite is a stylish and durable phone—it survived several drops and the camera/mic are solid. However, I now have major trust issues. Due to severe 'phantom-taps,' the phone managed to send an offensive slur in another language to one of my contacts without me touching it.
My advice: Never put a SIM card in this phone. Don't install WhatsApp, Outlook, or Gmail. If you have one, use it as a dedicated device for Sonic 1 & 2 remasters (which run great), but if you're forced to use it as a daily driver, ADB debloat it immediately before it gets you into trouble
Scam scam alert!!
