Rent assistance they offer is crap and unfair

I've been using Grant for extra cash when I need it for a while. They keep getting worse and worse. I started out getting great advances. I would get $300 or $250. Then it would drop to 100. It dropped to 75 once and I was just disgusted so I started to close my account and they raced it back to 100. If you ask them why they always have the same generic answer that well it's based on several different factors blah blah blah. To me it's just a rip-off because they're taking less risk by giving you less money and still getting the same price for subscription every month. Why don't they dropped at 899 a month if they're going to give you less money. The rent assist they have is a big big rip off. I've used it in the past and this month they ask the stupid question which why they would ask a question when they know people that pay rent pay rent every single month they don't get a month off. They ask when do you pay rent next. Well it was July 14th and I pay rent on July 15th so to me paying rent next was August 15th that was next time this time was July 15th. But because I put that next time was August 15th they said I wasn't eligible until August 10th. So they knocked me out of rent assistance for july. Now their question when is your rent due next time can be to me taking different ways. I needed to help this month so if I had taken it the way I guess it was meant to be taken why didn't I put July 15th. Obviously I misunderstood their stupid question. I failed the test. What if a person were autistic or had some kind of disability and took that question differently like I did. Are they discriminating against disabled people by asking questions like that trying to try to purposely knock them out of help. To me it's disgusting. Don't offer something if you're not going to offer it every month you don't. You don't need to be asking stupid questions when you know people pay rent every month. They're just to me it's just one big scam. I have reported them to the FTC the Federal trade commission and I hope everybody that uses them does so that something can be done about their unfair trade practices and offering lower advances for no reason and still charging the same subscription price and for asking absolutely stupid questions on the rent assist knowing you pay rent every month almost like trying to knock people out. So that's why I gave them one star because they're not a fair company. I personally as a person that has used this site for a pretty long time I would not recommend them to anyone. You're just going to end up in a trap of paying over and over and when you get a say $200 advance one one time and the next time they cut it in half that hurts. That that's $100 less that you're going to have and when you're on a tight budget that's that really hurts and that seems to be they seem to enjoy being cruel like cutting advances in half and knocking people out of rent assist over a stupid question I mean what a stupid why ask. You know people pay rent every month so why do you need to ask if I got rent assist last month why would you give it to me at the same time this month. Why do you need to ask a stupid question. A question that kept me from getting it. A question that say I mean say I was at some kind of disability if I was autistic or or if I had down syndrome or are you I mean I'm starting to wonder if they try to discriminate against people with disabilities. All I can say is this is a bad company and stay away from them.

I have tried to contact Grant for…

I have tried to contact Grant for months. They don’t have a phone number and they won’t contact you back. They detect paychecks. It’s been four months and they still won’t fix my dates. They take it out every week even three time this week. I can’t afford to pay it back like this. They have so many fees and they won’t help you.
