As with others never received the hat I ordered. Also received no reply to the communications I sent. Appalling service/communication. Should have checked these comments before ordering. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS FIRM.

Great customer service couldn’t ask for more really. Issue with hat being to small contacted and they dispatched immediately. 5 stars

This company is actually part of AliExpress - Believing they are Dutch company as they are based in The Netherlands I bought one of their caps for €28.80. However, the item was held by customs as it originated in China until I paid the import duty, VAT and An Post collection fee, all amounting to €12.71. The customs form showed the item value as €9.80.
So STAY CLEAR IF YOU LIVE IN IRELAND.
THEIR GOODS COME FROM CHINA !!

These are cheap Chinese products and, as stated before, totally overpriced.
I should have read the reviews before ordering. Stay away!

I ordered 2 hats, and they did arrive, although the package was from AliExpress, so I think that Ghelter is just a cover or something. The quality was total crap, even though the price wasn't particularly cheap. I got a cowboy hat that was totally crooked, and felt like it was made out of cardboard. They apparently don't reply to emails, because I sent one to their customer support a week ago, then followed up 2 days ago and got crickets. I wish I would have read the reviews here before placing my order. It feels like this is just a scam.

If I could rate 0 stars I would. Hat was poor quality material and badly made, drop shipped from China and shipping took more then a month instead of the 5 to 10 days advertised. Also incurred an extra €13:50 custom charge bringing the total paid for the hat to 45.00; about 40 euro more then it's worth. Hat was crushed when it arrived because it was not packed properly. Unwearable. Ghelter is a scam. Avoid it.

As others have said; they are an absolute scam. The scam-detection.com website says they are a legit company - yes, they are a legit scam!

Ghelter is an absolute scam in addition to all the other negative things people have warned about them.

Unfortunately, I didn't do my diligent research before purchasing the products, and I have paid the price.

I ordered 2 hats and only one was delivered, which I found out that I could get similar or better on Amazon or E-Bay. And, instead of delivering the other half of my order, they kept sending emails reminding me that I had left/forgotten the second item behind in my order cart, and warning me to finalize my purchase before it's too late.

Yes, I have contacted them about the missing other half of my order, but naturally they did not respond to my reaching out because they are scammers. Instead they continued sending reminder emails about the missing half of my original order that I had already paid for anyway, as well as additional emails about other offers that I don't want.

I have since blocked them because I don't thing selecting the 'unsubscribe' option will stop them from sending further emails.

Alas, unfortunately they now have my name, address, email, and bank card details.

So, the takeaway-point is:
DON'T go there to start with. DON'T give them your email address. And for goodness sake - DON'T ever purchase anything from them!

Everything is great. The cap is good quality.
I am happy.
Nothing more need be said.

P!ss poor company. Avoid at all cost. Poorly made products. Bad customer service. You will be offered a replacement rather than a refund. And then be ghosted. Drop shipping at it’s worst.

My package arrived but couldn't be delivered because there was no name on it. I reached out and they responded and addressed my concerns. Package was received and I've purchased again and still would.
Love the caps too.

Its a missleading company. They send you trashed items.

I placed an order for two hats, i googled what I was looking at and the website came up and they had what I needed and the price was fair enough, I immediately emailed them literally a minute after placing the order, asking if shipping would be more than two weeks because I have an event that I was hoping to wear one of the hats to. The red flag for me was no information about the company or where it would ship from etc., so I emailed them. Again, asking to cancel the order please because I then saw all of the negative reviews and realize they may have been scammed out of my money anyway a few minutes later I found a business with excellent review whose website was identical to the site with the negative reviews and I am wondering now if they stole photos for their Web from the other company’s site!

Arrived bent out of shape. Advertised as suede. Labels states polyester. Mislead totally. Poor quality and would not recommend this site. Awful product

Absolute scam... do not under any circumstances buy anything from this site.

BE CAREFULL DEALING WITH THIS COMPANY!
I looked at this site following a Google add for patchwork flat caps. Ghelter came up so searched for patchwork flat caps. Found "Newark Patchwork Flat Cap" and looked at the spec. I was looking for a cap that was made of cotton and sure enough the Newark said it was "100% Organic Cotton". So I ordered one, paid including postage, The tracking Ghelter sent me said "No order can be found" or words to that effect. I emailed Ghelter and after a few days informed me it was on its way (via Evri). The cap eventually arrived in a simple plastic bag and on opening and inspecting found a tag inside the cap which told me it was made from 100% Polyester! I informed Ghelter of this and told them I wanted a full refund as the product was not as described and misleading. I sent them images showing their add to show 100% Organic Cotton and the tag on the cap showing 100% polyester. To cut a longer story short, they told me they would refund me the cost of the cap minus the postage. I informed them I wanted a full refund including the postage and for them to acknowledge this but after 4 days I have heard nothing from them, o it looks like I can forget the postage cost! I pointed out to them I wouldn't have ordered from them if I had known that the cap was made of Polyester so I am entitled to the postage cost refunded as well! I have still not heard from them AND the Newark cap still says 100% Organic Cotton!!!
This company operates in SPAIN I learnt so UK law would prove difficult and a waste of time trying to complain to Trading Standards / Citizen Advice etc.
I wished I had looked at the reviews for this company and I don't know how they are still in business. Do yourselves a favour and find an honest reputable company to buy from.

Do not buy from this company. You can't get a refund because they're based in Spain and it costs a fortune to return the hat. So the refund policy on the website is complete fiction. My hat was way too big and looked ridiculous. I'm just sorry I didn't read reviews before ordering.

Still not turned up .. and after reading the reviews I'm thankful it hasn't... waste of £30.
